one of the fingers was missing from the unopened package, but RAM took quick care of that small issue. It clamps tightly on the handlebars and holds strongly to the phone. Good stuff.

A little finicky when you first get it put it together. But once put together it is rock solid. I have it mounted in the center of my steering on my motorcycle. Works great
