Samyang Hot Chicken Flavour Ramen Carbonara (Limited Edition) 130g (Pack of 5)

Extremely disappointed. I expected the Buldak Carbonara and instead got a different flavour!What kind of stupidity is this? I clearly ordered the Carbonara from the image and the reviews.I am not pleased at all.

Top quality noodles, by far my favourite brand, you get a decent bowl full, there easy and quick to make. They are spicy but the flavouring and hot sauce come in different packages so you can add the heat to suit your taste. This flavour is nice and creamy just love them so glad to be able to buy these on Amazon

Easy to prepare, smelt nice and the texture of the sauce and noodles was entirely pleasant and “noodly”. But my God... spicy doesn’t cover it! I’m not a spice junkie but neither am I enfeebled by the merest hint of heat - I’ll usually have a robust medium when I go for a curry and won’t struggle with it even slightly. But I have to be honest, as much as what flavour I could detect through the magmic heat of these noodles was entirely appetising, this is just too hot for me, by a long chalk. I could only manage a few forkfuls and my lips and tongue were still burning about half an hour later.

After watching many mukbang and challenge videos, I took the plunge.The delivery couldn't come soon enough lol.I was so nervous, after hearing commentary about the noodles being overly spicy, and some saying its alot calmer in spice compared to the original (to which I can now agree).These noodles are so yummy!!! And just so you know, YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE ALL OF THE SPICY SAUCE.I started out with 1/4 of the pack and all of the carbonara powder. Stirred and tasted. Added another 1/4. Stirred and tasted...... And that was enough for me.I added one more 1/4 for more of a kick with the last few mouthfuls. That was my personal challenge lol. Little burning of the lips and throat (due to adding the 8 spoons of noodle water as advised in directions), but nowhere as painful as the original fire noodles. The water allows for more sauce for the noodles to sit in = HEAT!!So in closing; yummy chewy noodles. Nice and creamy texture. Do not use all the sauce 1/2 is enough. Don't let these noodles sit for too long as they get cold quickly.Definitely recommend 😁😁

These are a more bite than you average ramen soup noodle . Which is great variety is good nice to have a change. You get two packets I tend to soak nine in boiling water out of the kettle or microwave jug of hot water . When soft I tip off the water add the two packets and some more hot water. I find its extras yo add make it egg hard boiled egg left over roasted meat from sunday dinner or tin of mackerel or sardines . I also like to add some green rocket and water cress or baby leaf salad . To really bring g to life fresh lime juice . If wanting spicier some korean garlic chilli oil. Or hot sauce. Heat wise the noddles packet contents sit around 2 chill out of 5 not but chili heat is subjective

Im a noodle fan and usually buy a variety from the asian shop. If you like spicy noodles then these are for you. I dont get the other reviews that says its too spicy for them. Maybe worth adding the spicy packet seasoning bit by bit until you get the right heat you can tolerate.Would deffo buy again!

These noodles were amazing. I'm amazed and how springy the noodle was and how well the Italian seasoning complimented the noodles. I really hope this becomes permanent because they have definetly become my favorite!

Absolutely loved these. The noodles themselves are amazing, good texture, chewy and delicious. The sauce when mixed with a little bit of the water the noodles were boiled in morphs into well seasoned creamy deliciousness. The spice levels are perfect and by the end of the bowl you get a nice mouth burn but nothing too crazy (for someone experienced with spicy food). I'd say the spice level is very similar to Samyang's regular hot chicken ramen noodles, if you have a low tolerance then do not use the entire spicy sauce sachet.
