Not sure about the durability of the plastic plunger (it does come with an extra though), but the bottle itself seems durable. They don’t leak, they look great, feel like stone to the touch, and are really affordable. Good for the price.

Very nice product. I like that the dispenser gives a small amount of soap rather than a large blob on my hand. I would end up losing half the soap down the drain. It’s lightweight but sturdy. And an extra pump was included. Much nicer looking than plastic labeled dispenser from the store.

It took this review to prompt a resolution.Bottom line: they ultimately did the right thing, and it was clearly a production issue, but it took far too much effort to get this resolved. I hope this feedback helps others avoid a similar frustrating experience.
