Helpful, relaxing and plenty of power
I'm a 65 year old petite woman who does yoga, works out moderately, horseback rides several times a week, and is always working in the garden or on DIY projects on ladders. I bought a percussion massage gun because I had been ladder climbing restoring windows for several weeks and felt the soreness from this in shoulders, hip and lower back. Normally I would get a professional massage but, if the gun were helpful, its price would roughly equal one massage. So let's give it a go. Researched moderately priced percussion massage guns extensively and settled on the Bob and Brad one. Why? 1. Previously good reviews. 2. Amplitude, speed choices, and attachments seemed proper and adequate for my needs. Who needs 20 speeds and a zillion attachments? That gets in the way of the therapy. 3. Very important: The T2 model has moved the motor from the top of the device to even or below the percussion mechanism. This made mechanical sense to me and also provided balance in handling. 4. B&B customer service reviews were good. I have had it for a week or so and use it twice a day. Mornings and after doing any of the previous activities mentioned. Here's what I've noticed so far: It is quiet. Vibration in the hand is modest. Speeds 1 or 2 are plenty of percussion for my shoulders; back, hips, quads, glutes and other large muscles. I think the slow percussion is better than faster for the muscles. I've used the round attachment on larger muscles, flat one on shoulders and triceps, and the bullet on knots/trigger points around my shoulders and IT band area. The "soft" attachment is nice when you aren't sure how much hardness is best. I use the percussion on any area for 2-3 minutes and would recommend for a newbie to keep it to that until you see how your body reacts to the percussion. I'm still learning about this. Overall, I noticed reduction in tight knots, reduction in sciatica discomfort (which happens while sleeping), and nice relaxation. The device balances nicely in my hand. It is smaller than a regular sized hair dryer gun, a little larger than a travel hair dryer, so it is easy to handle. The weight isn't a negative factor. I have no problem using it myself on my back. The B&B videos on Y-Tube showing how to use it (sideways on some muscles for example) are helpful. My husband, who is more muscular and works out with heavy weights, likes a higher speed sometimes but really, it has plenty of percussion at 1-3 speed for your muscles. We aren't body builders. The device feels solid and well made, the attachments fit snugly, and the battery life hasn't required a recharge in a week of use. It is helpful. I think regular use, but not overuse, is the key. Give your body time to adjust. And keep up the stretching and regular exercise, of course. I'm happy with the purchase.

Well made, powerful, balanced massage gun
Pros: Sturdy carry case; Solid construction of unit; More compact size of massage gun that makes it well balanced and easier to use than most; Powerful. It has 5 power/speed settings, but I haven't had the need to go beyond first two settings for my personal use; Good battery life; Comes with 5 essential massager heads and not a bunch of otherwise unnecessary ones; Cons: Same power button turns unit on and off and cycles the unit through all 5 power settings. So, if you're using the unit on a slower setting, you still have to cycle through the remaining power settings and then hold the button for additional 2 seconds to turn off. Minor inconvenience. My unit came with a USB-A to C charger cord, so I could not use USB-C charge adapter from my current smartphone, but luckily had a handful of USB-A adapters from older phones around. Again, minor inconvenience. In my opinion, this massage gun is well worth the price, and I expect to receive long and reliable use from it.

Effective
I've been using the Bob and Brad massage gun for year now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly comfortable to hold, with an ergonomic grip that makes longer sessions easy on the hands. The design is perfect and sturdy — definitely well thought-out. I’ve been using the Bob and Brad massage gun and it’s been a fantastic tool for relieving muscle soreness and tension. It’s comfortable to hold, quiet during use, and really effective — especially after workouts or long days. The different attachments and speed settings make it easy to target specific areas. Initially, my first unit started making a rattling noise after a few months. I reached out to customer support and was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful the team was. They quickly helped me diagnose the issue and arranged a replacement without any hassle and with new version.. The new unit works perfectly, and I’m glad to know the product is backed by a team that truly stands behind it. Great experience overall — highly recommended!! Highly recommend it if you're looking for a reliable, high-quality massage tool. It’s become an essential part of my recovery routine.

Best Massage Gun EVER !
I purchased this wonderful product a year ago in December of 2023 for generalized body pain relief and I am glad I did. The hand massage gum is relatively quiet, easily to use with 5 different levels, lasts at least 2 hours on a full charge and provided major pain relief for my back, legs, arms and sole of my feet after exercising or after A stressful work day. It’s very portable and may get warm after several uses. A year into using the product, I noticed that the handgun massage was not holding a full charge as it did before. I called customer service and in 24 hours they sent me the Us tracking number for a brand new T2 massage handgun to replace the one I had. I was so impressed with the service that I will recommend them to friends, family and everyone else.

Affordable, quality, functionality AND customer service at it's best!
I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It's been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I"d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It's easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it! Recently, my massager wouldn't charge so I called customer service. I can't say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE! It's for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It's quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

This thing will hurt you!
I've got chronic pain in my left hip, across my lower back and bouts of Sciatica. My cousin recommended a percussion gun, talked about them being "magical" so after spending time watching Bob and Brad I figured I'd give it a try. I wanted a quality unit so since they are so visible on YouTube I figured they wouldn't put their name on a junk device. Boy was I right. Right out of the box I could tell it wasn't a cheap unit. It is well made and weighty in the hand. There are enough attachments you can really dig into muscle and joints. The battery easily lasts through a 20-30 minute session with plenty of power to spare. The attachments go from pain level "unicorn kiss" to "OMG! You're trying to kill me!" To make a long story short, I've spent the last two night having my wife massage me with the 2nd night being the hardest massage. This morning I can barely walk as I feel like I've had an intense workout and every muscle and joint in my hip and back are screaming at me. Yeah, this thing will break up some scar tissue and I ain't kidding. Work is going to be fun today. I added a couple of ibuprofen to my morning vitamins. I'm glad this is a battery operated and portable machine because it will be going everywhere with me.

Amazing at Sale Price - Very Good at MSRP
I already had a Theragun and love that thing. During Prime Day, I saw a review on this that said it was as strong as my Theragun so I decided to try it. For only $90 it was worth a try. I still prefer my Theragun but this one is much better than I expected. The motor is strong and I can really press into my muscles if I need to. There are 5 speeds and it is pretty simple to use and change gears. It’s also very quiet compared to the Theragun and it charges via a USB C cable so I can use any charger I have. There are 2 things that I prefer the Theragun for and one I prefer this one for. The Theragun had more travel in the head. Because of this, it can get cramps out of my calf that the T2 just can’t get to. The Theragun also has the triangular handle that really allows me to dig into my calf in a way I can’t do with the T2. However, the T2 is better for more tender areas. I can also cramp in my thigh. The Theragun often gets too deep and can irritate this area. For me, the T2 works much better here and I’m glad I have it. If you can get it under $100, it’s a steal. My very first massage gun cost me $60 and was terrible. It had no power. This gun is strong, charges quickly and lasts for 30+ on a charge. I’m very happy with it and recommend it for certain things. However, if you have muscles that cramp hard and need something that can go deeper, the Theragun is worth the money.

Totally Worth it. Easy to Use
I purchased this percussion massager because my muscles knot up so bad after workouts, and even deep hand massages only do so much. I am not a regular gym-goer and am going to maintain some form of fitness as I age. After doing squats or other leg exercises my quads tighten up the next 3-4 days (this is 'normal' for me). Used this after a regular set of squats for the first time, and woow HUGE difference. Only ever had to use the 1st setting, and I changed the heads to see what each did, and although I wont be using all of them, I have definitely liked 2-3 of them for different reasons. My muscles were not as deeply sore as they usually were the next day, and continuing to use it while sore helped as well. Did not think it would work as well as it does. This machine is also very quiet for how strong it is. There is only 1 button, read the instructions on how to use it and it becomes second nature. 4000MaH battery and I believe it. It took me several 10-15 minute sessions to be out of battery, but the unit did not feel strained, and only got hot if used past the initial 15 minutes. It has an auto-cut off time (listed in instructions) and Im assuming you should let it rest a bit to cool off between those cut offs. Charges pretty quickly, maybe like an hour and some change from 1/4 of the charge-level lights being lit. Comes with a lovely zip case. Overall great value for your money. This thing feels solid, and performs VERY well. Considering what ive seen in other, uglier, and cheaper looking percussion massagers [that ALSO were MORE expensive somehow?] This was a very great buy. It feels less bulky than others ive seen in the past, is quiet, and was among some of the cheaper ones. Totally glad I went with it.
