I'm only rating this a 3/5 because it didn't really do anything for my constipation due to pregnancy. I've heard it helps other women though so I didn't want to rate it 0. I did appreciate that this one didn't contain any dyes, which is why I chose it to begin with. The pills were small, didn't smell or taste like anything and were easy to take.
