Very nice picture quality, sound is loud. This works very well for an under the cabinet TV for the kitchen.

Received as scheduled. Picture is fine and size is good on the counter top. The volume can’t be adjusted to a low setting so I keep the volume down and listen from other room. I should have returned. The sound is not good. Not sure if defect or they are all like that.

Do not buy this product! Sound is horrible! The Netflix app will not open. I had trouble getting wi-Fi set up on many multiple attempts. I tried to return the item and amazon will not allowed it to be returned, so I’m stuck with this piece of crap TV. Save yourself the money! Don’t BUY!

I just received this product on 13 October 2024. The video display is very nice and Sound is OK. I had to purchase two HMDI Cables to connect to my Cable Converter Box. The VHF/UHF Antenna Assembly only has up to a 35-mile range. All those channels presented a blank blue screen. I live in Slidell LA and closest broadcasting stations are in New Orleans LA, about 43 miles away. The only way to test the Antenna Feature of the TV is to purchase a much more expensive digital smart TV Antenna that may or may not work. I rated only 3/5 Stars because the Antenna does not function as expected since the description did not reveal the up to 35-mile range.

I even hooked up my Roku to this. Works great!!!

Had to rotate screen upside down, which meant everything viewed was upside down, ask Perplexity A.I. for service code, after half an hour I was viewing screen right side up....excellent......I would like to purchase more of these used tv's, when Amazon has available !

Does not like to communicate with the controller, works better with the control buttons on the tv, but that is not convenient, so...
