Looks nice but not the best quality for the price really. The straps are not padded and feel like seatbelts.UPDATE: Reducing my review to 2 stars because the canvas has started going white where the edges of my folder have been rubbing against it. I feel I could have spent £30 on something much better quality elsewhere. I would return it if I could.

Really nice style and looks exactly the same as the picture. However, there is no structure whatsoever and there is no point in using it in the rain everything gets soaked... the buckle feature seems secure but the strap has become damaged very easily and started to pick up rust from colours from the metal buckle when I was caught in the rain a few times. I wouldn’t buy this item again - definitely not worth the price unfortunately.

This bag was a great purchase and now use it all the time, like commute to work and weekends away in Europe. It's perfect for travelling on short haul flights and can easily fit two pairs of shoes and many outfits. The only downside is that the material on the buckle is starting to fray after a couple of months of use

Looks nice and reasonable price but has lasted three months before falling apart completely - see pic where the strap is disintegrating. Wear and tear started in the first month.

I bought it for work and it fits my laptop in perfectly. It's stylish, I like the material and it holds more than you'd expect without looking chunky. Very happy so far!

Looks gorgeous but being used to a hiking day pack with multiple easy access pockets it was a huge faff on a city day trip with child, to keep opening this bag.

I have only had this bag for 3 weeks and it has already ripped. I cannot seem to get in touch with the seller. I have contacted Mi-Pac directly and they informed that the seller should refund or replace my purchase as it is within the 6 month period for warranty. This is amazing. It's even better in real life than in the pictures. I'm tempted to buy all the different colours! It's sturdy, large capacity, neat and comfortable.
