Great for your special needs child
I purchased this for a neighbor’s special needs child who was taking his clothes off in the pool. This has been a wonderful solution. We purchased a large for a 13 year old boy in size 14-16. There is room for his growth next year. The woman’s sizing a smaller width is more suitable for a large child.

Bad Fit if you have big boobs
It didn’t fit very well. It was tight in the hips and chest, and loose around the croch neck and waist. Also, the zipper has a very long string attached to it which makes it easy to put on by yourself, but is annoying when trying to swim.
