Terrific versatile noodle, and fairly healthy.
I was looking for noodles because I was tired of the taste and sodium of grocery store packets, but I love hot soup, and I eat it frequently. These are perfect. Done in 3-4 minutes, bouncy, chewy, good to slurp. They don't fall apart fast and the portion sizes are just right. Here's a quick DIY Ramen powder recipe that makes this a light-speed meal, and goes well with these noodles. Make as you would regular ramen, (see drain note at end)1 cube or tsp of Chicken Bouillon1 cube or tsp of Beef Boullion2tsp of Garlic Powder1tsp of Onion Powder1tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp powder ginger1 tsp low sodium poultry seasoningGrind/mix/beat til fine. 1TBspoon = 1 Packet. I personally drain the spices after cooking through a strainer using tongs to grab the noodles. If not, NBD, but just don't drink the last 1/4 cup of broth, it has sediment.

Delicious, healthy, and fiber!!
I’ve purchased these twice and love them! A healthier, low fat version of ramen that cooks up beautifully? And offers 5 grams of fiber? How can I pass? For those who left poor reviews stating “there is no flavor packet”, I say: READ because it clearly states this in the details. SMH. I buy dehydrated vegetables (from Amazon) and put them in the boiling water for about a minute before the noodles. To the water I add some Yondu, scallion sauce (sold here in little packets), a bit of soy sauce, a poached egg (with more time, some bokchoy or other cooked veggies), and I’ve got a great bowl of ramen in no time. I highly recommend these noodles! So much better than the packaged, fried, MSG powder ramen!

More noodles than it appears
These noodles paired with Jayuss lower sodium chicken ramen seasoning is pretty good. The noodles came out a bit soft, maybe I need to tweak how I cooked them. The package looks small but there are plenty of noodles in that little package. I definitely would buy them again. Good lower sodium chicken ramen option.

Great Safe Food Option for Spectrum Folx looking for a Good Noodle pantry item.
As someone who's autistic, food tastes are important. My last ramen brand the tastes would change suddenly and I would be put off my appetite. So I tried this. This is the best plain ramen noodles with <1g of sugar that I think will be a good safe food for me/back up food if my planned meal doesn't work suddenly because of taste profile changes. This product I have tried three bowls so far and taste consistency is good. The noodle texture after adding hot boiling water doesn't disintegrate. I find the noodles a lot thicker than top ramen which I love. and the portions are really filling. I added chicken powder base that isn't so salty like top Ramen and a handful of Spinach where the leaves would cook with the hot water and broth. It was so yummy. Will def buy this again. I feel it's a great safe food for me. I know for me usually noodles are a good safe food.

Delicious
I absolutely love these,they are so good. Extra ez to prepare and a good value. I have been making a large veggie NOODLE bowl with some kind of protein, which has included,tuna,pork,tofu and chicken. Have yet to find anything else that comes close.

No soup base! No sauce! No good!
Really disappointed it doesn't have any soup base or sauce. The point of ramens is to have something quick and tasty.Wildly expensive for just noodles. And Amazon won't take returns. Two thumbs down!!

Perfect healthy plain ramen
My daughter has ARFID so is very specific about her food. Recently, she was willing to try Ramen and loved it, but I wanted a healthier option since when she finds a new food she likes she could have it almost every day. This one is organic and not fried with plenty of fiber and some protein. You don’t need the packet that come with bother ramen as it’s just full of MSG and sodium anyway. We just use some better than bullion and bone broth, and it comes out great.
