Such a fantastic product by one of the world's leading Hoverboard brands. It comes well packaged with a warranty. It has quick charging and is easy to master. I was lucky I got it at a great price. It made the perfect gift for my very active daughter. She doesn't walk any more, she Hoverboards!

It's a very good product. My children are happy with the product and has been playing on it. I also solve minor difficulties through a video call from swagtron.

This was ordered as a gift. They opened it after a few days and when trying to charge the first time, the charging pin broke and now the unit is dead. The return policy says there is a 5 day window and it stopped working on 6 the day. Now we have an expensive piece of plastic sitting dead. Amazon is not letting it return. Horrible product and service. Don’t buy this piece crap!!

This is my second hoverboard and works very well. It's smoother, less noisy and good.

Have been using for almost more than 6 months now. Quality is top notch from this expensive product.

Bought this for grandsons 10th birthday. He barely got a ride on it as everyone kid to adult wanted to give it a try.Really good unit, smooth controls and easy handling so kids can operate it. Definitely a good buy!! Great fun for the whole family. My granddaughter wants one now for her 8th birthday!!!

Does what it says and last as more or less 2h depending g how far you go. Good calibration on your weight! Overall satisfied and durable for now !

I think this is one of the best things i have bought on Amazon. First of it is a great price, I was looking on other websites on it was double the price it is on here. Second I like it because it has this feature that when you lean to forward it will stop. Some people may not ;like tis but I really think this is smart. My dad was scared for me to get one of these because of them setting on fire a few years ago, but it hasn't done anything bad yet. But still I fell this is worth your money and you should get it if your child really wants a hover board.

Update (to 5 stars): We returned the hover board and Amazon gladly replaced with a new one. The replacement seems to be working great so far!I highly recommend your child practice balancing on carpet (or soft surface) going back & forth until he/she gets the hang of it. Avoid jumping off and letting it thrust forward or back at fast speeds. After a little practice (balancing, forward/reverse), they will get the hang of it. I highly recommend a helmet & protective gear (as needed) for accidents. My 9 year old loves this thing!Original post (with 1 star):Got this for my son for Christmas. The wheel bent on it after a few days. When you get off of hoverboard it turns upside down which scratches the top part of hover board fenders. Doesn't make sense that it does this. May be reason wheel was rubbing on fender and bent. Don't know but sending it back and getting another one. Hopefully it was a defective one. If it happens again will be sending back and just getting another brand that doesn't turn upside down when you get off. I see lots of people having same problem if this is the case.

We bought this hoverboard in Dec 2017 for my oldest son. He is now 13, going on 14 in Feb 2022 and still rides this hoverboard daily! This was the absolute best gift we have bought him because of how long it has lasted and the fact that he still plays with it. Looking to get the same one for my younger son who has tried two other hoverboards that have not worked as well as this one.
