One of the top 3 best green banan flours
This is a great quantity for the price, and I use it more for baking, as it seems a little more finely processed than other brands, and a slightly less neutral flavor, so it may or may not have as much resistant starch. But it's great in cookies, pancakes, banana bread, pita bread, etc., and works more like traditional flour because of its fineness.

Color of the plantain four is not always the same!
I bought the plantain flour, and I am wondering about this product. The two first times I bought it, the color of the flour was brown, now I bought more and the color of the flour is white. How is it possible?? I am wondering 🤔 if they made a mistake with the different flours they sell. It makes no sense that the color of the flour is not the same.

As Expected
I used it for banana bread and for air fried chicken. Was not disappointed.

Defective and Unable to contact seller
Updated review. I was contacted by the company and emailed with Daniella. My money was refunded and they did quality control on thenitem. They will be going with a new vendor. I will try it again.I've ordered this flour before and loved it. This time the texture was different. It was very light and like sand coming off the spoon when measuring. I tried it in the waffle recipe I have used it for many times before but it resulted in something like cement. Trying to save the recipe I added more milk to thin it. It took a total of 3 cups of milk instead of one cup to get to the right consistency but it failed to bake. I decided to just try it again thinking I had done something wrong in the recipe. Same results - cement like. I attempted calling the customer service phone number for the seller/company. Had to leave a message and they haven't gotten back with me yet. Tried calling the phone number again later and now can't leave a message because the mail box is full. My concern was I think they either changed their process or had a problem with this batch/lot number. I wanted my questions answered to have confidence in their product, as I had before. As it is I will not be ordering again unless they contact me and answer my questions and/or provide me a replacement, at no cost to me. Thankfully Amazon refunded what I paid since the seller/company customer service is severely lacking.

For gluten free muffins
I bought this quinoa flour because I need to go on a gluten-free diet. I like the lightness of the flour and that it is organic. The only thing I don't like is the very high cost for a low amount of flour. I mix 1 cup of quinoa flour with 1 cup of quick oats and a quarter cup flax meal to increase the fiber content. The muffins turned out really well and are delicious.

My husband likes Quoina so I buy this flour to add to my mixture of gluten free pancakes.
