Tables were easy to swallow. They only worked for certain time after that they had no effect on my body.

The impact on me was hell.Was still constipated after taking tabs but had dreadful vomitting and was in excruciating pain.

I started taking this 1 month ago, I wanted to wait to review as others I have tried I have had to give up after a few weeks as they weren't working or had side effects. However these have been amazing, I take 1 tablet twice daily, I feel taking any more tablets is too much and cause tummyaches. I have been constipated all my life and these are the only thing that have made me go regularly every one or two days which for me is unheard of. I use these tablets alongside a breakfast of porridge, goji berries, chia seeds and golden linseeds. I also have a kiwi each morning. They are amazing and have changed my life.

Does what it’s supposed to do, apart from the price, it’s too expensive for my budget.
