This was an easy install .. Received quickly .. very sturdy .. Bought just one to see if it was worth it … Just ordered another one ... Great product ..You really don`t need a $200 step .. Thanks guys for this great step ..!!

very easy to install on my 2013 chevy silverado reg cab, reg bed 4x4. Steps are very sturdy, i'm only worried about the cross member on the truck, they're spot welded and i'm afraid i'll bend it and break the spot welds, but that's not the products fault if it does happen...I may just be paranoid for no reason

Mounting instructions could have had better graphics but overall not real hard to install. Product works great on my 2002 Silverado full length bed.

I like this step, it’s the first one I’ve purchased of this style (hide away). I live in the south, so road salt will not be an issue.Do a fit test if your not familiar with this step. I thought it may need to be altered, but after I placed / temp. installed, it was a perfect fit on my 2014 Super Crew F150. Also I didn't trust the maybe Grade 3 bolt to install the adjustable step, so I installed one of my own grade 5 bolts. Now I know it'll hold my 225 lbs. no problem. Folks, for the cost vs. the other options this is a good step. But if you have $200.00 to get the "other option", go for it. You may have to be a little sure footed. I'm ordering another one for the other side.

I had one of these steps on a 2011 Ford F150 and it mounted without problem and gave excellent service. However I was unable to mount a new one on my extended cab 2018 Ford F150 with the new aluminium bed. The cross members were much different and there was no way to mount this new step. Was returned for refund after 2 days of struggling to adapt the step to the new truck.

I had these on my older Ford truck and I loved them. I bought some for my new Ram truck and they would not fit, bummer! If you need to access the front of your truck bed these work really good.

If this step had fit, I would have given it 5 rating as it seems well made, but... I have a 2008 2500HD Sierra, and according to the information give, this step should fit - it definitely doesn't. I called the 800 number in the box, and after several calls back and forth, his only advice was to machine or grind down one of the the parts, and make a different spacer, and etc. Huh? Even if I did all that, the step wouldn't be secure, as the only cross member available for installation has less than 4" free, and the step needs more than twice that to be stable. Amazon gladly accepted the return and as far as I am concerned, they get a 5+ rating for customer service.

Purchase two (2) of these steps for my '11 Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. The steps on my particular truck required an additional 2" spacer (kit comes with a plastic 5/8" spacer...) which I fabricated from 2" x 3" x 6" AL tube stock I had on hand. To add insult to injury, I then had to purchase new 7/16" x 5" hex head bolts (kit comes with 7/6" x 3-1/4" hex bolts...). Went to three hardware stores and none of them carry 7/16" x 5" bolts! I had to order those online.Bully should have NOT advertised this kit as a 'fit for my truck'. They should also have used a more common bolt size (1/2"?) for bolting the steps to the bed cross member. I also took other's advice and coated ALL the parts with a corrosion inhibiter before installation.The steps work, but not without fabricating spacers and buying additional hardware. Not sure I would purchase again

A little tricky to install by yourself, but I did it on both sides of the truck. Look and work fantastic.

Installed on a 2005 GMC 2500 4x4. Great product quick and easy to install. I used the last rib under the box close to the cab of the truck. It is made of strong metal. I am only 5'4 so getting in the back of the truck box was hard for me. Now it is way easier. Thanks a million.

Extremely pleased with the deliver time. Easy enough to install, just think it over before you start. Seems sturdy and very functional for what I wanted at a super price. If my thoughts change after a while I will update.
