Computer problems can be sorted by non-techies
Used this CD to revive my old XP after system files had been corrupted and only a black screen. It was relatively straight forward to reinstalled windows XP after I had worked out what to do from the instructions that came with the CD. Delighted to find that everything that had been on the machine was still there after reinstalling. Second life for an old computer that was nearly disposed off. Thank you Tk software for your help.

Saved my sanity and my pc.
Delivered quickly & it certainly saved the day (and my sanity) when windows XP crashed & refused to run my own backup / recovery disc. Instructions seemed a bit daunting (I am a bit of a technophobe) but the cd quickly took over & guided me through the process. !0 minutes later I was up and running. OK, so I had to do a couple of defrags etc to get things up to speed again but without this cd I'd have been probably looking at a new computer & loss of stacks of data.Highly recommended, particularly if you are not technically minded.

Wasn't sure how to rate it, when I tried the recovery process the computer failed to accept it's own Product Code, it was a custom made computer so perhaps the code had been used for other computers as well. Nothing wrong with the disc, but couldn't proceed.

The product came without microsoft authentication code and could not complete download

Very disappointed it came as a DVD and could not use it at all. Waste of money!!!!

Thank you so much, the disk really helped, my laptop wasn't even going past the windows safe mode screen so the disk restored everything :) the instructions were a little hard to understand tho
