I have assembled a ton of furniture in the past, and this baker's rack is one of the more difficult and time-consuming ones. There's just a ton of slightly different fasteners for different areas of the rack. I have assembled stuff where there are just two or three different fasteners for everything. I can't help but think they could have designed it better, to reduce the variety of fasteners. It simply took a long time to put the whole thing together.It's smaller than expected, but to be fair I didn't check the dimensions beforehand. The tabletop is lower than the typical countertop, so you have to kind of bend down a bit to, say, grab stuff from a microwave or toaster oven.It's also not as sturdy as I've hoped. The legs are made of skinny, thin metal. Just a small bump and the whole thing shakes. I wouldn't put glass items on the top shelves. One shove could send a lot of stuff tumbling down.The "wood" parts are made of particle board with a rather thin laminate. I've owned furniture like this, and the laminate wears off easily and the particle board swells if wet. I wouldn't leave things like a glass of water on it. You'd want to wipe off any moisture immediately.In short, I think this baker's rack is just adequate for light duty use, and needs to be handled with care. It's also rather time consuming to assemble. I'm not sure if it's worth the price.

This little baker’s table has it all to be the perfect entryway table. It has lots of storage space and hooks to hang keys. Patience will be required for this as it takes a while to assemble. The instructions provided were clear and very detailed but there were a lot of parts to assemble. It took us a good hour to complete. A nice bonus is that it comes with a screwdriver and wench.The legs and side rods are made of metal and the wood was made with laminate on the surface. The whole structure reminds me of ikea quality. When you open the drawer or close the cabinet door too hard, it shakes the whole table. I recommend getting some wall anchors to keep it from falling.

This is a very nice little rack. I know it says baker's rack, but I thought it would be a perfect little coffee and tea nook. It kits my coffee maker and kettle nicely. And the mugs hang very well on the included hooks. It is a sturdy piece of furniture, made of a heavy metal for the bars and a very thick laminated particle board. It does rattle a bit when opening and closing the drawer, so I would recommend anchoring it to the wall if it will be in a high traffic area. The assembly instructions were extremely detailed and easy to follow. Every single piece was clearly labeled. All of the hardware came in individually labeled baggies. It included the screw driver and allen wrench needed to put it together too. All that said.... it takes a while to put it together and you will need a second person for at least one step. This is a complex piece. It took me around 90 minutes of just assembling it. There was a good 15-20 minutes of unboxing and sorting before that.

My set came with NO instructions. There's a great bag of tools and parts. A separate bag with some electrical wiring. But no instructions. So it's sitting - in pieces - in my living room. It's way too complicated to try putting it together without instructions. I'm very disappointed.5/21/2024 UpdateI will give good credit to the customer service department. The got in touch with me within a day or so of my original review and included a PDF of the assembly instructions. Unfortunately, that's as good as it gets. I just spent about 2 hours trying to put this together. And to put this into perspective, I've put together a LOT of items over the years. I was able to get the primary box assembled without too much trouble. ?When I went to attach the legs to the box I realized one of the legs didn't have the rubber foot at the end, so even if I finished assembling this, it would wobble dramatically. But I hit a bigger snafu. The next step calls for attaching a xhelf neare the bottom of the legs (there are 3 different height levels that you can use, I wanted to use the lowest of the 3). I got 3 of the 4 bolts in place and found out that the 4th bolt simply wouldn't tighten. I removed the other 3 bolts and found out that the one hold simply doesn't have any threads inside. Totally frustrating. Since you insert the bolt from the outside of the leg into the shelf, and it's the shelf piece that doesn't have threads, the shelf is useless. And I'm quite sure that the shelf is part of the stabilization of the entire unit. This simply doesn't work and I can't improve my rating.

This baker's rack is absolutely delightful! To start, it was a little difficult to put together by myself, so, you might want to have some help. Additionally, it's a bit heavy for one person, so, if you're building it elsewhere from where you're going to have it live, make sure to have someone to help. However, once it was built and moved, it was great! It's sturdy (while is part of why it's heavy!), and has a great space to put a lot of things on! My kitchen is a little small, so, having the extra space is just a blessing. The lights on it are another added delight! I really enjoy not only the way it looks (it adds a nice little flair!), but also the fact that it's useful just makes it all the better. I love this for my kitchen and definitely recommend it!
