This book is Excellent and the Information contained in it confirms what I have been going through since 2013.The Information in the Book about the Notification system and how it operates is 100% Correct and is a well known tactic which is especially used against whistle blowers who attempt to try and get their stories out which the state would rather Bury.I am a Targeted Individual and I have received Electronic Harassment,Illegal Surveillance-My home phone and computer has been hacked into.They use this to build a profile of the Target which is later used to psychologically attack the Victim.I have received V2K-Voice to skull. Bioelectric and Acoustic Weaponry has also been used on me.I have collected a few Covert Phone recordings of the Harassment I have received and other evidence but despite having this evidence the police have refused to take a written statement from me and have refused to acknowledge it.The only conclusion I can come up with is criminals do not Investigate themselves.The police and the medical establishment,especially Psychiatrists are under the notification Assistance Programme. A confidentiality and Non disclosure agreement is in place.There is a structure within this agreement that punishes anyone who steps out of line and admits this programme exists.If these Doctors and the Police acknowledge it they too can become victims.There is a code of silence in place.My evidence has been Ignored,The police have refused to look at it and take me seriously.I have been Illegally diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder,this disorder is being Illegally given to Targets by Corrupt Medical professionals to cover up mind control and the rest of the Illegal weaponry being used on a Target.The Doctors,especially the psychiatrist have tried and are still attempting to Illegally medicate me with medication I do not need.This is a Gross Misconduct of the Ethics code that doctors are sworn into abiding by.They know this programme exists but are probably being bribed and threatened.Solidarity to all the Targeted Individuals out there.That will not kill us,will make us stronger.

This book is very informative for targeted individuals there was a lot of useful stuff in here. It would be a good book to give to someone instead of targeted individuals trying to tell people.

I gave my copy to a friend . This is a great book . It still somehow does not matter to the people you show it to. It helps to have it but the people around you won’t change or support you anyways . I’m traumatized with my situation especially being in my thirties , I moved into a government apartment and i was harassed with microwaves and radio waves from above and it seemed to be a set up as I was fleeing an abusive situation because living with an abusive parent who was getting out of hand . I was given priority to move into a building that people wait years for , I got in fast and that seemed to be the Turning point where I was now on this target program that you end up stuck in this matrix like world .Horrible things began and have not ended. It seems that mind control is a major factor that somehow affects everyone around you . Microwaves and radio waves are used . I had to leave and not go back . If I could change one thing in my life it would be to never have moved into a subsidized gov building . I’m so worn down and even confused about writing this review because you just can’t believe what has gone on and how your life has been hijacked . My thoughts are being broadcasted and that’s what’s being used to terrorize me and the ones that care about me . The things that keep happening and are specific to me and seems no one else is going through it . I’m being punished and forced to live a life that feels it’s only me being singled out for but you aren’t sure what’s happening Much with your friends anymore because they all stop talking to you pretty much . You end up loosing your job because the harassments with microwaves and radio waves happen eventually everywhere your frequent , you end up loosing things in life and eventually homelessness is something that could easily happen ifYou don’t have a safe place to live on your own without having neighbours close by . However when you go out , you are gang stalked , pointed at with electronic war fare and things are just very insidious and preordained. Also if you are completely sane and you do use any substance that will be thrown at you even though your tortured to a point where you can’t enjoy those things . You have no more privacy and if your around people who could for whatever reason benefit personally from participating willingly Or unwillingly it will surely occur .

This is one of the best resources I have come across in the years I have been victimized by and studying gang stalking. That being said, I have some critical opinions and thoughts about the book.Firstly, David Lawson's Cause Stalking was flawed in several respects. However, he did identify cells of individuals operating territorially and in communication with each other nationwide. He also properly noted that these group's foot soldiers are low-level criminals often engaged in this as a sadistic sport.Bailey is correct in noting that only the government has the resources to carry out gang stalking in its manifestation seen over the past generation. However, rather than viewing this as mere "governing through crime" as Natapoff who he cites describes the related snitch system, the government is coopting social forces within the criminal element in a Nazi/Soviet-bloc fashion. The government is facilitating these forces with ample institutional forces from its own ranks (cops, firefighters, mailmen, etc.).He is missing an obvious thread here. The Washington agenda has always sought to destroy the hire echelon criminals such as the mob and cults (he discusses cults). The informant/snitch system from which the bulk of gang stalking members are drawn operates within the territories of Washington's enemies, and, has an obvious nexus to higher echelon criminals. It is easy to see a civil rights conspiracy in which the government argues that these gang stalking groups are terrorist organizations controlled by higher criminal structures including traditional organized crime. In fact, my phone discussions with the National Center for Victims of Crime in Washington, D.C. resulted in my being told that the only "validated" cases of gang stalking were in fact performed by "mafia personnel". Indeed, I am personally aware of numerous cases of gang stalking performed by traditional organized crime in the New York City area.Bailey does not realize that criminals, albeit highly infiltrated by informants, have their own paralel stalking lists. Much of what the government does in relation to targets of organized crime and other conspiracies who end up on gang stalking lists, is to mimic the criminals behavior through government theatre. Bailey misses this point as much as LCN.I do believe ultimate responsibility is with the government. Gang stalking is a government directed activity leading to dehumanizing conditions and death-i.e., it is legally Genocide.Also, through my contacts with over 100 legitimate cases of gang stalking, I believe that there are a strong minority of cases that are "generational". One such sub-category is the gang stalking of individuals with family histories of outspoken anti-semitism. This is a sub-category in which traditional organized crime killed and derailed the lives of many victims through an arrangement with the Jewish Community-especially the vehement ultra-orthadox factions.In a fascist, COINTELPRO-style manner, this has to be looked at as the government acting in a highly Machiavellian fashion, using splitting, tripple-crossing, and all manner of deceit to achieve its end, in true Lennonist fashion.I also believe that many readers would appreciate some background on Bailey. I perused Harassment 101 on Amazon and think he has a background in psychology, social work or a related area. IF YOU ARE A VICTIM (TARGET) OF GANG STALKING, IT KIND OF GIVES YOU HOPE THAT THIS KIND OF "BULLYING ON STEROIDS" WILL SOON BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SOMETHING WILL BE DONE TO STOP THESE SOCIETY MISFITS WHO DON'T HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF FOLLOWING, HARASSING AND DESTROYING THE LIVES OF DECENT HUMAN BEINGS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING TO DESERVE THIS NIGHTMARE. THE VICTIMS ARE BEING LABELED AS MENTALLY ILL BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE BAD THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING TO THEM BUT THEY CAN'T PROVE IT. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUNG PEOPLE ARE DOING TO BULLY THEIR PEERS ONLY A THOUSAND TIMES WORSE. I DIDN'T GIVE IT FIVE STARS BECAUSE I THINK THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN MORE EXACT EXAMPLES OF ALL THAT THESE TARGETS GO THROUGH.

For the uninitiated in organized stalking, this book will open your eyes to a scary world you did not know existed before and will wish you did not know existed once you have read the book. Our American government is complicit in using psychological terror tactics or worse and 24/7 surveillance against innocent American citizens who have been put on community watch lists for no good reason at all. The purpose is to destroy the victim completely including pushing them into suicide which many have done already. Its a real shock for American citizens to find out that our national security agencies operate on about the same footing as histories most notorious regimes in human rights violations like the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. I can attest to the truth behind the information in this book about organized stalking because I have been a victim of this crime for over three years now. This book will be good for anybody new to learning about this topic and also to share with others who are still in the dark about this subject. If you are already a long time aware target this book wont tell you too much you do not already know but like I said above it is a good book and source of information to share with non targets. It has a lot of typos that need to be fixed.

As a prior victim of organized stalking, it is refreshing to see some of my unpleasant experiences legitimized in text. In retrospect it is obvious how this works and this book does a good job of breaking down both common tactics of stalkers and common reasons people become targeted. However, the book falls short on the science behind some of the nasty techniques used by these vigilante groups.
