My order arrived in a very timely fashion, but, I thought this site catered to IC sufferers. The calcium in this pill is calcium carbonate, not calcium citrate. My urologist told me not to take calcium carbonate, but to take calcium citrate. So, I am going to recheck with my urologist, to see about the different types of calcium, to see if I remembered correctly. Before any IC sufferer buys this product, you should check with your doctor to see if you should be taking the carbonate or citrate form of calcium. I know what my doctor told me. CITRATE, NOT CARBONATE.

Not very effective. my wife, who suffers from Interstitial Cystitis finds cutting a piece from her bitter aloe plant,taking out the middle of it and swallowing same is much more effective in relieving pain from I C flare-ups.

This calcium with aloe is easy to digest and non-irritating. I have used it for years. Worth the price.

It was impossible for me to take Vitamin C with my IC condition, but this buffered "C" does not bother me at all. Part of the problem I have is remaining healthy in terms of needed nutrition. This has been very helpful.
