Unlike any other wallet I've owned, this wallet doesn't "open up." Instead, you can drop in six credit cards in the metal box that keeps them safely stored. The credit cards do not slide out. You just need to push on a side lever to have them pop up, and then you can select the card you want. There are also two slots for credit cards in the front; however, I had a hard time pushing them in. I could get one in, but the second card was starting to bend as I tried to force it in. There's also another pocket on the other side in which I could easily fit two cards. So, nine cards fit rather easily in this wallet. Of course, you could use the back side for folded cash instead.The best features of this wallet are its slim design and RFID blocking protection. It would make a great gift.

I prefer minimalist wallets.They are so much more comfortable. The old days of having a tennis ball sized lump in your back pocket are gone, and thank goodness for that!When you think about it, there really isn't a need to carry 39 cards and whatnot in your wallet. You need your driver's license, a couple of credit cards, medical insurance, and some cash for emergencies.I'm not fully sold on the urban myth of the nefarious data thieves in check-out lines scanning your cards, but it is nice to know the body of the wallet is RF blocking, protecting you from data/account theft.The leather touches on this wallet are attractive and convenient, and complement the overall appearance. The case feels solid, and safe. I can put several cards in the slot, turn it upside down, and nothing falls out, even when I shake it. That is very important … the older I get, the further away the floor is, and no one likes getting down to floor level to pick up one’s wallet’s contents.One of the gripes that I have had regarding “minimalist” wallets is that the cards come out as a block … several cards all together, making you have to remove all the cards to sort out the one you want to use. The pop-up button feature on this wallet solves that problem … it pushes up the cards at an angle separating all the cards by height - you can pull one out of the “fan” easily. Pick a card, any card! (Queen of Hearts, right?)I like this wallet. I use it daily, and I expect a long useful life. I would also consider giving this wallet as a gift - it comes in an attractive black gift box.I recommend it without reservation.

This wallet is bulkier than I expected.The lock mechanism works quite well, but does not seem very stable. It makes the whole thing so thick, that you do not really want to keep it in your pockets.The next deception was the quality of the leather. Maybe I am expecting too much, but I would have like real leather with the feeling and the smell of it.But for people who do not care so much about the haptic feeling and who do not mind a thick wallet but just want a compact and safe way to carry their cards and some cash it might be a good choice.

Like may minimalist wallets in the Market Place, this sits at the higher-end for function, yet mid-lower for pricing. A good deal, for sure. It functions as you'd expect, and does have the extra slots on the outside...The outer slots are incredibly tight, so maybe they'll stretch over time. Additionally, the stickum that keeps the outer shell to the aluminum portion seems like it may rip with some use, especially considering the amount of force that needs to be applied towards insert/removal of outside cards.Overall, a very giftable little wallet, but something to be aware of--it has branding all over the packaging and embossing, as well. No biggie, just something to know. The pictures are spot on.

This is a genuine leather wallet. It is able to hold quite a bit of cards, around 10. It’s a little more than I need hence I feel it can be made an even slimmer wallet. I like that the cards to do fall out and you can slide them up and down easily with the “switch”. It has additional card slots on the outside for easy access. Plus it has a little pocket for cash in the back.

I love this wallet! I don't like money clips so that was the first plus. The pop-up card holder works very well and holds 7 cards securely. Two outside pockets hold my ID and another card and the inside pocket holds a few folded bills and /or another card. For its size, this little gem holds 10 cards and some cash without feeling bulky or using a money clip! The core is a lightweight aluminum wrapped in black leather and RFID shielded. It simply works! It comes in a neatly wrapped box that is ready for gifting. This wallet checks all the main boxes and I woud buy it again. Available in black or brown, I wish there were other color/combination choices but we'll see. Nevertheless, this a well made, low profile wallet that just looks and feels great!

I get and understand that minimalist wallets are by design smaller. But this was waaay smaller than my previous minimalist wallet I had.I could not fit many bills and the card slots were tight. You could fit a few cards on the inside portion that “pops” out. But in the back you cannot fit a single normal sized credit or gift card.All in all this is pretty useless unless you have limited cards and keep them on the inside. Dont expect to be able to put too many bills inside either.

The card slot holds a maximum of 6 cards and makes them quickly available. The box and wallet do look gift-worthy, except the brand is a little to prominent for such an unknown brand. The material feels good. The outer pockets need to be broke in a little to work well out in the wild. Overall the wallet feels very durable.
