3-car Garage use
I'm using this in our oversized 3-car garage, just for a little relief. It's a substantial unit, 65lbs I believe it said. Seems to be built very well. I wouldn't say it blows HARD, but it's definitely COLD! You can see in my photos, I added a cheap $20 box fan to help distribute the air across the garage. I had trouble reaching my window overtop of my work bench (with it's included plastic venting hose), or next to it for that matter, so I set it on the workbench and screwed down a couple short 2x4 pieces to surround it and keep it in place. The exhaust hose does get very hot, so I recommend getting an insulating sock for it, which completely cuts off the heat problem. $20 on amazon.I did buy 25 feet of 1/2 clear tube to help evacuate the gallons of water this is currently making everyday. Texas heat and humidity! Middle plug, and it works great to run it out of the garage.I was NOT able to get it to pair with my iPhone 14's bluetooth at the time of this review, but, that's not all that important. I plan to leave this thing running 24/7.

The unit seems good but not the remote.
the unit works really well so far (about 1 week). the instructions are some of the smallest print i have ever seen in a manual. the remote wouldn't link but after many attempts it finally did. it worked for a day and quit. tried linking many times again to no avail. i think it is defective. it is quiet and cools my 925 sqft house enough for my liking. i haven't had to dump it yet so the evaporator is working well in michigan heat/humidity. i haven't used any options other than cool with auto fan so i can't comment on them. i probably shoudn't knock it down so much over a remote but if you sell something as a perk it should at least work. i would still suggest this unit for cooling.

Super cold
This thing works awesome. My smaller unit couldn’t handle new apartment. This thing gets cold fast and feels like it would freeze water if put in front of it. Fan is loud at full speed but doesn’t drown out everything. More like a hum. On eco mode I rarely get water from it as of now. I use a bucket and provided hose so I don’t have to drain it. Works with my Alexa.

It cools and has a fun name. Other features fail
Even getting the remote paired with this thing is frustrating. Adding and using with Alexa is like torture.None of the directions, guides, manuals, or UI match. Indicators, buttons, and procedures detailed in various docs don't exist or work as described. There are at least two different skills/apps that may apply to this device. They're terrible. Can't set device location, the temperature reads with C Units for F values... It's a check-the-feature-box app.The Alexa Skill(s) don't match the name/company in the documentation or of the device itself. Also, the "smart" and Alexa Control features are misleading. Can add a skill, which enables voice control (but sets the wrong temp) but no device is added. So, no remote device control from the Alexa App. At least you can setup and run routines. The routines are terrible. You can set a thermostat target temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, but the temperature that gets set doesn't really correspond to either scale. I need to have a routine set the thermostat to 68F to get an actual thermostat target of 81.The cooling is also so-so for the BTU Rating. Haven't done anything to check the efficiency, but that figure is likely as accurate as the documentation and thermostat values.

Really cools wonderfully, will not pair with my device
This portable AC unit is a reliable and effective solution for keeping a room cool and comfortable, especially during the hotter months. It does a fantastic job of quickly lowering the temperature and operates quietly enough not to disrupt work, sleep, or conversations. The multiple cooling modes and fan speeds are easy to adjust, catering to different preferences and weather conditions. However, the feature that initially caught my attention—its ability to pair with a smartphone app for remote control—has been a letdown. Despite following the instructions carefully and troubleshooting multiple times, I couldn’t get the unit to pair with my phone. The app would not detect the unit at all making pairing impossible. That said, the unit’s manual controls are straightforward and user-friendly, so the lack of app functionality doesn’t entirely ruin the experience. The portability is another highlight; it comes with sturdy wheels, making it easy to move from one room to another.Overall, this portable AC delivers excellent cooling performance and is a great choice for someone who prioritizes functionality over tech integration. If the smartphone pairing feature is critical to you, however, this unit might fall short of expectations.

colder air conditioning
The media could not be loaded. It is a great air conditioner, we use it in every room of the house. It is possible to connect it with the Bluetooth feature from the phone. It is a very high quality and beautiful product, I strongly recommend it to those who want to buy it.

Decent AC, Mediocre App, NOT ALEXA COMPATIBLE
The Air conditioner works well aside from it needing to be at the highest fan setting 24/7 to spread the cooler air. It is quiet even on the highest fan setting. The app was a pain to set up and the in app instructions didn't help at all. It was watching the video that got me through. But once it was setup exactly as one expects for such things: remote control via app, schedules, etc. I mostly chose this unit to be able to turn it on and off using Alexa. The Alexa Skill is a piece of junk. I tried setting it to 72 and the setting changed to 85. And it wasn't that Alexa misheard me. She repeated 72 back to me in her response. I tried again with other numbers tried giving commands in Celsius and Fahrenheit, told her to turn it on and off. I even looked up and used the exact commands in the manufacturer's list. Not one command worked as expected. I am not returning it because it is a decent AC, but I do not recommend it.
