I got this agility ladder as I'm recovering a hamstring injury and need to work on jumping before attempting to run again. It is easy to unfold and has stakes to keep it in one place if you use it on grass (I have it set up in our home gym so won't need them). It completely lays flat and once it's folded back up it was easy to get it back into the carrying bag it came in.This would also be good for anyone working on functional fitness with agility work or for a sports team.

This is a good agility ladder that can work for multiple sports, it just has one small weakness.The set arrives in a clear, disposable bag. Inside that bag is a reusable carrying bag, the agility ladder, 4 yellow anchor stakes, and a short exercise card. The ladder itself is good. I received the orange version, and I think that color stands out well against green grass. Only the plastic rungs of the ladder are colored, though, the rest is black. The ladder is fully assembled out of the packaging, though. So all you need to is unravel it, lay it on the ground, and use the stakes to anchor it in place.The stakes are the only literal and figurative weaknesses to the agility ladder. Each of the 4 yellow stakes is thin and more flexible than you might think. If you are inserting them into wet grass, you might be able to push them in with your hands. For dryer ground, though, you might need a mallet to drive them all the way in. Herein lies the problem. The thin stakes have a lot of flex to them, so once they are 75% of the way into the ground, they tend to bend to the side when you push down with your hand or a mallet, instead of being driving down into the ground. I don't think it's a deal breaker, but you have to be a little careful getting the last 25% in the ground so you don't break the stakes.Overall, when you consider the price point, and the fact that the pre-assembled ladder easily fits into the conveniently included carry bag, it becomes an attractive purchase for youth coaches of various outdoor sports.

I didn't have very high expectations for the low price of this ladder, but when it arrived I was initially shocked by the weight of the box. Much heavier than expected. I was impressed with was the ladder. I have previously purchased a ladder of a different brand and it was lightweight and difficult to set up. The ladder in this set has nice, weighted rungs with a fixed spacing. The weight of the ladder makes it easy to set up a make straight. It is a real time save. I highly recommend this ladder.

Just how you see it you get it. The ladder came in a cute travel bag and four stakes. It is study and a great addition to training. Love it!

This is a must ladder for the homes which have kids into sports. Its a great way to practice how to place feet when playing sports like tennis and soccer. Its light weight and can be folder very easily.

Great agility ladder for footwork and agility. Works great and you can adjust the width of the steps to meet your workout.

I'll start by acknowledging I'm too old for this stuff. Evidently my kids are a bit more coordinated. We'll see how it helps.

We got this agility ladder for soccer drills. This is a good ladder. The rungs are spaced nicely. We have used this ladder many times already and it has held up well so I would say it is good quality. This is great for sports drills.
