A nice well made product, that actually does as described, it's soft and half the price of other brands in the market. I have Multiple sclerosis, and disc degeneration in my spine, and get allot of neck pain, this lil product alleviated 30% of my pain. For under £10 including delivery price, you SERIOUSLY can't go wrong.👍🏻

There was air leakage and air proof was not sufficient. Otherwise ergonomy was OKish.

Good for when in an acute stage however the smell of it was so bad!

But the straps make it feel a bit choked, but it relieves pressure on the neck?

I have a few of these over time, and this one is not the best. The pump is much smaller so it takes a lot longer to pump up the device and the material is not as soft and feels a bit scratchy against my skin Am updating this as the device is now leaking air and won’t fully pump after only a few weeks of use.
