1. Clean the surface of your nails. 2. Apply the gel polish coat (Black recommended). Cure in UV/LED lamp. You can apply this flakes on different base colours.3. Apply a No-Wipe top coat (cure in uv/led lamp), then place the flakes onto your nails. Better to use a nail silicone pen. 4. Seal it with UV/LED Top coat or No-Wipe Top coat to get a smooth surface.BLACK BASE: If you apply flake powder on black colour base coat you will get the CHAMELEON BROKEN GLASS EFFECT OR MIRROR EFFECT.
