5 y/o wanted a 'rainbow racecar cake' - these gel colors are bright and vibrant, didn't affect baking time or taste and perfect for coloring a BRIGHT rainbow. To note - I REALLY had to squeeze to get the colors out of the vials. I haven't used gel before, so that may just be how it is, BUT, one cap/spout wasn't on correctly, and the gel shot out everywhere when I squeezed. It was the 5th color I used, so was not expecting it as all other vials were fine. It wiped off the bowls and stainless steel sink just fine, but my hands were blue for a few hours. I used red, yellow, green and blue - I made orange, the colors mixed well with no streaking. Can't speak to the remaining colors, but assume they're the same vibrancy/etc.

The perfect sample sizes of these food dyes. I purchased to primarily use with icing as I've got two little kids, but I have also used for quite a few random "mom can you make XXXX a different color" crafts too. The color variety is awesome and was exactly what I was looking for. Have had for a few months now and have no complaints and I'm using the colors pretty much weekly.

These work as expected. The only downside is the use of Red 3. But they are highly pigmented and not water based.

This food coloring puts out beautiful colors. Bottles are really small, but you can use white to make your project as light or dark in color as you like it but the more color you use, the worse it will taste. I added flavoring and it still had a little background aftertaste but I guess good overall. I'd try another brand before I buy this again just because of the bad taste but I know that's common for dark colorings. If I don't find one without such a strong taste, id definitely order this again.

I have not used all the colors yet, but the ones I have used have been vibrant colors. Easy to use and no mess for me, however, cannot say the same for little granddaughters. Easy to clean up.

Now that I know about gel food coloring, I can’t tolerate the kind you get at the grocery store to dye Easter eggs. Gel colors are vivid and intense. Worth the extra $.

Zero issues all colors have worked well. Very easy to use and are a little small but a great way to try the product with so many colors. There was no bleeding of the colors. I used w royal icing and worked beautiful and tasted great!!! Great value for the money! A very easy clean up!!!

The bottles are very tiny and hard to squeeze to get the gel out. I used all of the red for 1 batch of cookies.
