Noctua for the win
These Noctua computer case fans are an absolute game-changer! I bought these fans to improve cooling on my Hackintosh that was struggling with heat, and the difference is night and day. Before, I'd often experience throttling and general sluggishness during demanding tasks, but now my system runs incredibly cool and stable. The airflow these fans generate is simply phenomenal, and what's even better is how incredibly quiet they are. Even under load, they're barely audible, which is a huge plus for a system that I use for both work and entertainment. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Noctua – top-notch. If you're dealing with a hot-running Hackintosh or any PC, for that matter, and you want a premium cooling solution that delivers on its promises, look no further than Noctua. These fans are worth every penny!

Works great, nice and silent
Replaced my stock Cooler Master fan with this fan and it is a night and day difference. Stock fan had terrible whine at startup and didn't push nearly as much air - this one is completely silent and I can feel the air flowing past the jumble of cables in my tiny ITX build.

Quiet fan, reasonable price
Noctua is known for good fans that are two ugly colors. I needed a couple of fans, so I decided to try two NF-P12 Redux fans made for air pressure. This one is the 1300 RPM fan, the other is the noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM high-performance quiet 120mm fan, ideal for PC cases, CPU heatsinks and water cooling radiators, award-winning premium model in affordable grey redux edition . Instead of the brown and tan, these are two shades of gray. Not the greatest colors, but better. They don't have rubber pads. In my case, I can't tell that it makes a difference. They don't shake around. Both fans are pretty similar. Speed Testing: If I set them under 25% they will still run at their minimum speed. The 1300s go from about 350 to1300 rpm, the 1700s go from about 500 to 1680 rpm. Sound: At or below 1000 rpm, they are silent. At 1100 rpm, I can start to hear them. At 1300, they are easy to hear. Full speed on the 1700 rpm fan is a lot of noise. Conclusions: As long as you can set a custom fan curve, I would suggest getting the 1700 rpm fan. It is only 150 rpm faster on the low end, will still be quiet up to 1000 rpm, can be comfortable up to 1300 rpm, but can hit nearly 1700 rpm if you need it. If, on the other hand, you can't control the fan speed and it will run at full power, this 1300 rpm fan is probably your better choice.

Can not hear them running.
This reviewer recently finished his first computer build. The computer was built for home use and some digital image manipulation. It is not used for gaming. It neither needs, nor has, liquid CPU cooling. The case in which the computer was assembled came with two three-wire, fans installed. These fans were selected to upgrade to a 4-wire, PWM, fan. Installation was easier than easy and the direction of the airflow was clearly marked on the frame of the fan. The marking of the direction of flow was a nice assist for a first-time computer builder. In use the fans are completely silent and are readily controlled in BIOS. The computer never runs hot, the fans never run at max RPM, so the fans are apparently more than adequate for this build. They are not lighted, but the case has no transparent or translucent surfaces. Lighted fans spark no interest at any rate! In conclusion, these fans were a nice upgrade...noticeably more robust than the originals...for this build. The fans were a totally satisfactory purchase.

Works as intented
Quiet and quality fan. Provides adequate airflow without noise. It should come with rubber corners for the price

Whisper Quiet, Low Profile, and a great Value!
These are the best PC Case Fans I've had, they are nearly silent, look great in a black case, and keep everything cool. They feel built to last, and are extremely cost effective too! I would easily recommend these to anyone needing cheap, yet powerful fans for their PC.

perfect fan, easy swap, silent
perfect fan, easy to swap in although the screws aren't threaded in the plastic, i think you sort of drive them in the first time. silent, i can't hear my eGPU now.

Outstanding combination of high static pressure and low noise level
Intended to go push/pull configuration with another brand of RBG static pressure fans, but the high-performance radiator I am using is too thick to fit fans on the bottom (push). Once I understood that there would only be three fans on top in pull configuration, it became imperative to get the very best fans for the job. Clearly that meant selecting Noctua fans, never mind the RGB. I went with the 1300 RPM fans since all three are oriented essentially at my ears. The back radiator actually has their 1700 RPM version of the same fan since that fan exhausts to the rear of the case. I really like the fan's gray color, as it is a great match for the black Corsair case. See for yourself. And I did use Noctua's accessory anti-vibration pads to minimize vibration and noise to the greatest extent possible. Those are highly recommended too. Noctua has a great reputation for a reason: it's well earned.

Fairly quiet operation. Doesn't have rubber mount for anti-vibration
