Thin book, great foundation!
The book is lightweight and thin. But not to be thrown to the side by its appearance. This book is substantial in its ability to appeal as comprehensible, to a small child. It delivers in a fun simple way, the foundation of learning. My son has learned what is in this book already. However this workbook is a great review course.

I definitely recommend to anyone teaching littles French
I homeschool my 6 year old daughter and this year we started a k-5 French curriculum. This workbook has been a valuable resource for her. I definitely recommend to anyone teaching littles French!

Very easy, perhaps too easy... but still good.
If you have a child who is brand spanking new to French, then this is great! However, if you have a child that already kinda knows a bit, even just to say bonjour and ca va, then skip this and get something better. This is very very basic. A lot of the exercises revolve around games which means you will need to work with a partner. There's quite a bit of coloring and drawing involved too. My child did the entire book in less than a week. Now that we got the cons out of the way, here are the pros: 1. Some of the exercises have track numbers where you can go online and hear them. They're 1 minute of less. 2. There's cool maps of France and Europe in the back. 3. Also at the back of the book, you'll find additional suggestions for language practice which include outdoor activities, active games, quiet activities, etc...
