Wow, I'm glad I got these! They really are plus sized, both for circumference and height--I'm 5'11" and 325 pounds , and the XX large fits me perfectly, from ankle up to almost my hip!And they work great under my leg braces! they give me some comfortable warmth, but don't make me overheat like the brace on its own. And I get eight of them! I'm so glad I don't have to keep looking for other leg sleeves!

At first, these knee sleeves work great. 4 months later the silicone strip does not keep the sleeve in place.

These are NOT compression sleeves. Fit way too big. Returning.

I had knee surgery and had to wear that horrible brace for 2 months. These sleeves were a good option to help avoid irritation from my straps. They stay up pretty darn good and were comfortable as I even had to sleep with my brace on. They are smooth and so they won't help keep your brace up - but honestly nothing does. The package of 8 was a super great value. I was pleased.

These are comfortable and the fit is great if you measure- maybe order a size larger if you tend to swell after surgery? I’m sensitive to the padding of full leg brace and these saved the day

very long and not well made

XL fits a pretty big leg. Half way up my thigh is 26" circumference and this XL seems fit just right. Not uncomfortably tight, but seems like it won't slip. Can always pull it up further for a snugger fit.
