Although I have had to buy a replacement I was pleased with the quality of the product. Hence choosing to purchase same one again. Providing instructions are followed toilet seat stays put. Good quality on the whole. However, the buffers under the seat are not of good quality and quickly perished. Unfortunately they are not standard size as are oval and I could not seem to find replacements. The company did not seem to have replacement spares which was frustrating as there was nothing wrong with the seat itself. I have therefore kept the buffers from my previous seat that were still ok as replacements should these ones perish. Other than that. Pleased with quality of seat and slow closing mechanism works well. Replacement seat is close to original so looks smart.

Most competitive price around for this toilet seat. Was easy to follow instructions and easy to fit to toilet in the end. More robust, heavier and better fitting than previous one but also slightly colder to sit on but not to be uncomfortable. Soft close seems to work so far. Seems good quality.

SOLID SEAT PLUS STRONG HINGES NEVER MOVE . BEST SEATS ON THE MARKET.

This toilet seat is ideal, unless you need to use the toilet. You will notice that their are no images of the lower seat. That is by design in order to conceal the fact that the hole in the seat is not big to accomadate the human. The hole is also so far forward that if you did attempt to go about your business, said business will need to be scraped off the back of the seat. And then there is the installation process, which takes about an hour (if you are lucky) as the parts to attach it to the toilet are not the same size, so you can only get one hinge atttached properly, with the other only able to be loosely attached at best. This was purchased to replace a broken toilet seat. The broken toilet seat was much more usable than this one. Would recommend that you avoid this unless you have a hole in your garden or are a bear with access to some woods.

It looked good as I removed it from the packaging. I read instructions twice. Watched the video. It was smooth and easy to install. It is solid to learn from, silent to close. Opening needs to be done carefully because it does make a noise. A small spacer between the lid and back of toilet solved that.

Feels solid and looks good. Was not too difficult to fit and came with two types of fittings which was helpful. Started off really well, but within a month the soft close no longer worked and just slams at the end. Within 2 months the fixings started to come loose - that could be user error, but I did them pretty tight and the box says this won’t happen. So if you want a nice looking toilet seat, this gets a big tick. But for soft close and stability, it’s not been that great for me.

Bought to replace original easy to fit and works well. Very easy to remove for cleaning

Lid soft close mechanism broken in 9 months. Not sure if it’s fixable, it’s all inside of the hinge mechanism. The seat soft close mechanism is still working.

The toilet seat arrived today 26th January, fitted straight away, my wife's first words: ( Perfect ) The fixing system either top or bottom is what swung it for me. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new D shape toilet seat.

This one finally fits. The plastic fixings on the old seat cracked. Original seat not available separately but only with a complete new toilet. You would think that it is easy to find another seat, but what a choice and different sizes. After searching for quite a while, this is the only one fitting on our toilet pan. easy to install, clear instructions. Only shipped in the product box, no additional carton protection but luckily arrived in one piece.

Répond exactement à nos attentes et à ses promesses. Très facile d'installation et surtout d'entretien avec le déclipsage. On en avait assez d'avoir un coup au coeur à chaque fois qu'on s'asseyait sur la lunette qui se décalait soudainement car le format de notre cuvette de WC n'est pas standard. Ce système s'adapte parfaitement, il est solide et durable. On valide et on recommande !

- Pour l'installation j'ai même trouvé une vidéo sur YT, c'est très simple et on a le choix de le fixer par dessus la cuvette ou par dessous - Pour l'ergonomie, rien à dire, on est très bien assis et toutes les fesses sont d'accord ;-) - Pour le nettoyage c'est très pratique d'appuyer sur le bouton pour enlever le siège, et pour le remettre c'est aussi très facile il suffit de viser pour enfoncer les taquets dans les trous choisis et ça se clipse tout seul. En revanche : - Le matériau est froid quand on s'assoit. A déconseiller pour les cuisses frileuses. - Le matériau est fragile et n'a pas résisté à une chute sur le carrelage des toilettes, il s'est fendu à l'arrière au niveau des charnières des deux côtés en le manipulant avec des gants en caoutchouc lors d'un nettoyage; Donc soyez précautionneux! - Le système de descente lente et silencieuse n'a fonctionné que quelques mois, puis la descente est devenue plus rapide et il s'est mis à grincer - j'ai du ajouter quelques gouttes de dégrippant.
