I ordered this gavel thinking I would have to find someone to do the engraving. I was wrong SLD Awards reached out to me by email and by phone to get the engraving information. The gavel is perfect, large very good looking with a gold colored band that holds the engraving. They also sent a second band in case there was a problem with the original band. SLD Awards did a wonderful job on the engraving. I am very impressed with the quality of the gavels appearance and the outstanding service from SLD Awards.
