Used these for lower back and arm pain. They do help but you will need to use them for continuously for it to be effective.

I was given a sample of this patch by a friend and I've been using this patch for a year now. Since the shelter in place, my friend's store closed and I ran out of this patch. Another friend who also uses this patch told me that he ordered some from Amazon so I tried surfing and found it. I really like this Himena patch because it is paper thin. It stays on the skin. Highly recommend.

Following prolonged sling usage after rotator cuff repair surgery, the muscles of the biceps were tight and painful to the touch. Acupuncture and massage did not offer but temporary relief. After using these patches, strategically placing them onto the front of the biceps and on the upper side, the muscle ache was gone. A subsequent application onto the front of the biceps completely melted away all tightness. Even after exercises as part of physical therapy, the initial rope-tightness has not returned.The sling usage also caused tightness of the neck muscles, and the relief was the same: wonderful results. Same on pectoral muscles, triceps, scapular muscles.Since the initial use, the patches were placed even on top of the feet to relieve pain and soreness.Have reordered several times already to keep the patches handy.

I've ordered this product 3 times already this last patch this sticky is not very good on it so I've had to use several because as soon as I would put my clothing down or sit down the backing would start to come off, so I had to have to get another patch out, other than that I like the product very well
