As someone who regularly bakes and sells cakes and sweets, I frequently use both water-soluble and oil-soluble colorants, and these have exceeded my expectations.The colors are vibrant and stay true even after heating or freezing, which is a game-changer for creating beautiful desserts. Overall these seem to be good for quality. My biggest issue with these and most food coloring is how much of the product you have to use to get the desired color. Otherwise, these are great! I think a good price for the amount. Mine were not leaking or messy when we opened them. I did not notice the food coloring changing the taste of the chocolate.

Muted colors, green looks blue. Dull

I prefer to color my own chocolate so I can get my desired color and it's easier to make small batches of diff. Colors for decorating and these are perfect for coloring chocolate! And the colors are so vibrant! I'll definitely be buying again

You get tons of color choices in this set, which is really nice. The colors are vibrant and they seem to work well with many mediums (chocolate, frosting, cake mix, etc.). You can further mix the colors with each other for more variety, but it's nice to have to premixed choices to take the guessing out of it.Do be careful when you dispense the product as the drops come out rather quickly.
