The media could not be loaded.  I've been looking for a door lock with a handle 2 in 1 for a long time. This one has met all of my expectations.My observations:1. It was super easy to install and set it up. The instructions lead to to an app. And the app is super user friendly.2. You can have it unlocked with your fingerprints, key card, codes, or the app. I prefer my fingerprint.3. It's not mentioned in the listing description, but it's specified in the instructions that the lock locks automatically after 5 seconds. You can change the time in the app for longer. I like the 5 seconds. By the time you enter and get yourself and the bags in the house, the door is already locked.4. You don't have to lock or unlock it manually from the inside. The door does it for you. You can exit the usual way.5. The batteries are still at 100% after 3 weeks of using it. Mind you, 4 people live in my house and come in and out at least once or twice a day. The batteries are only used when someone comes in. The display lits up for few seconds. The batteries aren't drained by you exiting the house.6. You can adjust the volume and her "talking" in the app.7. Key cards from a different digital lock could be set up to work with this one.Negative observations:1. My biggest disappointment with this lock is that the app will not operate if the phone is outside of Bluetooth range. UNLESS you get a gateway which is sold separately. So, I had to get. I hasn't been even able to lock/unlock it from my room if someone was at the door, because my room is outside of Bluetooth range. I couldn't check who came in though the door when I was at work. So I had to get a Gateway 2. My phone is notified every time the door is unlocked.2. When it's raining the fingerprint feature won't work even if there's slight dampness between your finger and the sensor. The key cards and the codes do though.3. The fingerprint sensor won't read your fingerprint once in a while just because.And it'll lock you out for like 3 minutes I think if you try to use it incorrectly 5 times.Overall, I would recommend it. Great value for your money. Even if you have to get the gateway separately.Good quality.

It works well, seems very well made and heavy duty steel encasement. It's rather attractive, easy to install, and has a whopping 5 ways to open it. It's not truly wifi without a 3rd party gateway. You can't just connect this to your wifi. It uses bluetooth, which in my opinion is not bad so your door locks aren't easily hackable from a distance/remotely.My main issue is that from the inside, you can't just lock it manually. You have to use the app, or the auto lock feature by opening the door, using the code/fingerprint scanner, then closing the door and having it lock after a set time. I would really like to have a knob/switch to lock the door from the inside, without using a mobile device. For $90 door handle/lock, I think it should definitely have that.Batteries can last up to a year using 4 double AA. My inside cover screw on the bottom under the handle was also too short as per another review. I had to go to ace hardware and get a 12 cent screw of the same size, just longer, so not a big deal- but obviously an issue.Install is incredibly easy as one would think for a door handle. You get cool keys, smart lock keys, finger print access, 9 digit code access, and app access. That's a lot of ways to set it up, but still no knob on the inside to lock it manually. For that, and the inside case cover screw being too short, I took off 1 star.

I've had a couple different fingerprint lock so far. and while they all work fairly well they can be awkward since the fingerprint reader is on the lock backing frame, and within the keypad. This lock is different, as it puts the reader on the pivot point of the handle. So to use it you just grab the handle to open the door and apply your thumb in a very natural easy to reach manor. in a second the door unlocks and your hand is already in position to open it.The keyboard and locking mechanism works very well. It was very easy to install and just works well in every aspect.Get one!!

I can only review for the one listed in the opening paragraph.The kit is complete and includes everything you need to do a complete fresh installation or a simple sap out. Everything went together easily and very sturdy. The app seems to be fairly straight forward and user friendly. It took me less than 30 minutes to have it installed and synced to the lock.
