The first time I ever used a foam roller was when I was doing CrossFit years ago. We always finished a strenuous workout by using the foam roller on the worked muscles in order to limit the soreness. This foam roller is better than the one I used to use in the gym; it seems firmer and more stable. I am very happy with the quality of this foam roller set; it works great. You get the full sized foam roller which works great for working the back, hips, and thighs. You also get smaller foam rollers which are great for more accurate pressure on sore muscles, like working sore arms, feet, shoulders, butt muscles, etc.. This is a must have set for anyone who works out at home, or even if you workout at the gym. It truly does help get the soreness out of the muscles. It feels like a deep tissue massage 😃.

I'm a regular user of foam rollers to help mainly tight calves as it's an easy exercise to do while watching TV and really helps reduce tension (and subsequently with restless legs at night). The large foam roller I was using previously was not very forgiving and so it was quite painful at times, especially when calves were very tight. This complete set not only includes a large roller (14cm diameter, 32.5cm length) but you also get a small roller (5cm diameter, 15 cm length), a foot-rolling sphere (approx. 8 cm diameter) and a peanut shaped roller (which is pretty much two of the foot-rollers joined together). In short, this set has every rolling need catered for. The only minor criticism I have is I would have preferred that the larger roller was longer to help it not change direction so much while rolling calves (my previous one was a bit longer and this wasn't so much of an issue). The ridged texture of the large roller is an improvement over my previous smooth one giving a really deep massage while rolling my back and calves - I like this improvement. The foot roller is also very nice to use to relieve tension on foot arches and pads and it's so easy to do whilst watching TV, working at a desk or reading at the same time, for example. I note that the rollers are extremely light yet appear to be very durable and stiff - there's only a very small amount of 'give' in the large roller and next to none in the others. All your roller needs catered for in one smart package - 5 stars from me.

Je viens juste de le recevoir et selon les 1er essais ça réponds deja à mes attentes. J'avais acheté un autre rouleau de massage chez un concurrent mais le cylindre à l'intérieur etant en PVC avait éclaté sous la pression de mon poids, lorsque je faisais un massage pour le dos. Avec le polypropylène pas ce probleme. Et non, il ne s'agit pas de Polystyrène comme j'ai pu le voir dans le commentaire d'un utilisateur. Au contraire du Polystyrène qui s'effrite et exploserait en morceaux, le polypropylène maintient la cohésion de sa forme initiale malgré la pression du poids du corps. Donc pas de risque qu'il se brise.
