SHELL 1000 PSI POWER CLEANER BAR

Works great for small quick touch up spots/maintenance and areas too far from reach of a house water hose. While 1000PSI is only 25% the power of my gas pressure washer, some jobs allow or require you to trade power for convienance. I just fill 5 gallon water jug, drop in the included clear dewalt hose tube, and use same 60v dewalt battery as my chainsaw (12 inch chainsaw lighter and more useful than heavier 18inch BTW) . Can carry jug in one hand and PW in the other or just place a few jugs in a gorilla cart for larger jobs. FAIR WARNING: I have only used jugs and the clear Dewalt water tube that comes with the unit. Some of the other reviews mention a house water hose coupling issue that other reviewer have fixed with an aftermarket coupler. Dewalt sells 2100PSI jobsite PW that you could plug into a solar/gas generator (I recommend Jackery) but for larger jobs that require more power I just use my loud 4000 PSI gas PW and connect house water hose.

I own probably 20 different Dewalt products. I have probably 10 of their 60V batteries alone. You can call me a SUPER FAN. So it pains me to leave this review for the brand I love. But... to be great - you can't sell faulty products. The part that fails on this product is the COUPLER that connects the water hose to the power washer. Even with a little bit of water pressure - it simply pops off. The unit came with two couplers and I tried them both and they both failed miserably. Now I have to return the product to get my money back. I thought about going to a hardware store and look for a better fitting coupler, but it would send a wrong message to the manufacturer. They need to fix the product they have. The power washer itself is not bad, but I could not properly test it due to constant coupler failure. DEWALT - I hope this is not the beginning of the end of our relationship.

Lasts about an hour on a fully charged battery - can use water out of a bucket instead of lugging around a hose - which is great for small jobs. Really easy to use and doesn't weigh too much.

This tool has its niche, and it fills it well. 1000 PSI is excellent for things that would't enjoy the violence of a regular pressure cleaner; and that means a ton of stuff that this pressure cleaner it perfect for. I always reach for this first. I made up a 25 foot 1/4" light weight hose adapted to my garden hose so I didn't have the garden hose hanging on the tool. Wouldn't be without this pressure cleaner ever. A secret weapon! 5 stars hands down.

Definitely worth the money. I was concerned about power and leaking but this has performed very well. Contrary to other reviews, I have had no issues with leaks. Like someone else said, if you can see silver on the quick connect, it's not fully connected. I was also concerned about the pressure and whether or not it would be any different than my garden hose. Hands down, it performs much better. I also like that its much more versatile than other pressure washers I've used. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to using it more.

the tool works good but for my taste the wand it comes with is much too long ,it's a pity they don't give you a short one in the kit ,and I didn't find a shorter one that fits separately, the bigger problem is the original hose it comes with its completely junk and the plastic connectors are junk too. I replaced it with a high quality hose & metal connectors from a German brand ,it works better then the previous model perfect for cleaning minisplits and big ac units ,evaporators and condensers,for cleaning the car it's ok a bit week though for the car but it does the job .

Absolute joke. I had previous DeWalt 20v power washer. I was hoping this would be more powerful and have the issue of the water inlet leaking fixed. NOPE. I have over 50 items from DeWalt, most are great. This one won’t self prime from a bucket and the hose won’t stay connected. My garden hose is set to 70psi on the home pump, so that is not the issue.

I purchased for my 83 year old mother and she absolutely LOVES it. It’s not to heavy when using the shoulder strap and it’s a lot easier than hauling out the bulky pressure washer. Only downside is the cost of the batteries.

I washed the car with foam and then rinsed it, there were no leaks, the pressure was good.

Great product, love the versatility, and mobility of the power washer. Bought it for my boat, to clean on the water, while on my travels, and has the power to do the deck in the marina.
