Tried a different USB port, switching batteries, checking for driver updates, removing from devices and then adding it back. Major disappointment as I picked this instead of a cheaper wireless keyboard and mouse because there were so many positive reviews when I first bought it.

Not too much not too little. This keyboard is exactly what I needed. Nothing fancy or over the top. Classy office is look with many functions and feels good. Nice mouse and instructions included too. Jusy fyi the usb might not be in the mouse, I got confused until I layed it all out and saw it attached to the instructions lol.

It feels plasticy...sometimes it doesn't type all the letters that you type. It is lightweight and easy to carry around but if you can find a more efficient keyboard that actually types everything out then get that one...*EditThey sent me a replacement because the first one didn't type all the letters. This new one is much better, types what I want it to type and the mouse is very responsive. It is still plasticy but I knew that was going to be the case. For all those reasons I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4, the plasticy almost toy feeling made me knock off a star.

Wireless mouse and keyboard combo. Setup was super simple and easy.The mouse is a nice size for an adult, it is a bit too big for children to use easily. There are handy front and back buttons on the side of the mouse that make web browsing very easy.The keyboard has nice, quiet keys as well as a wrist rest and docking area for you phone or tablet. My phone is a bit snug in the docking area but that is due to the case on my phone, not the keyboard itself.When I received the keyboard and mouse the top number keys and F keys would not work except for the 5 and 6. After contacting the seller I was able to get a replacement immediately. Great service!

The mouse is great, but it is tough to type on the keyboard. The keys often do not press in fully or will get stuck quickly. This often leads to a lot of errors, especially when needing to type fast.

Easy to setup and use and works really well. Just a couple of notes: The keyboard and mouse both have on/off switches. Each uses a different battery, AA and AAA. Just something different from previous ones I've had.

Do not buy this keyboard if you want to type fast. They keys feel incredibly gummy and require a lot of force to press compared to other keyboards. The keys require significantly more force to press when striking from the corners of the keys. This leads to a lot of missed keystrokes when trying to type fast, and it overall makes the whole user experience feel very uncomfortable. One of the worst feeling keyboards I have tried. It also lacks an Fn-lock feature. It's a shame because the keyboard and mouse combo looks very nice. The mouse is quite useable.

Keyboard and mouse are fantastic. I have one complaint which is the only reason I couldn't give it a 5*. My only warning is this. If you're a lefty you're not going to like the mouse. It's designed for right handed users. Which I was SO bummed by because the mouse is quiet, smooth, and very easy to use. I've reached out to ask if they have a version with a left handed mouse I could exchange for.

No adjustable tab, but it’s not bad. Doesn’t come with batteries but the keys and the mouse does its job.Easy to set up

The product could be improved by including a pair of batteries, which would make it more convenient for the users. Additionally, the speed of the product's performance could be enhanced for a better user experience.

These are so comfy to use and so very quiet which is why I bought them for my work office space but I think I need a set for home now! I also like that they both connect with one usb bluetooth dongle thingy so I have more free usb ports :)

This is too cheap, poorly made - like typing on a rock. Spend a bit more on something of quality, your fingers will thank you.
