This product is amazing, it’s the only sharpener I’ve found that sharpens every knife I own

Not sure which side is which? No indication of Diamond and honing. Directions limited not explaining this. Videos do not show which side is which. Also, for both which side you should start with for inexperience people.

I love this thing. I’m a couple of months in on owning this sharpener and can’t say enough about it. The worst thing I can say is that every knife in my house is razor sharp and my wife periodically cuts herself because of it. I see some people complain about sharpening small knives and will say there is a slight learning curve, but once you master it, this thing is great. It is well made and very easy to use. The quality you receive for an aftermarket item is commendable. I highly recommend it

I have to say, given the presentation of this product, I was expecting a lot more in terms of function. The packaging is nice, and the product itself seems to be very well made, and seems to be made from really good materials. And if I just wanted a display piece to put on a mantel I guess this would be as good as any, but unfortunately, I would actually like it to sharpen my knives. But so far, I've found it completely ineffective at that. I tried sharpening a couple of less expensive knives at first and the results were almost like I never did anything to them. It was like there was no change. So then I thought I would try a better knife. I grabbed my trusty Kershaw flipper which I know will take a razor sharp edge. It was slightly dulled from opening some boxes, so gave this sharpener a go. Basically the results were the same; essentially no sharper than when I started. Now, to be fair, maybe there's some trick that I don't know in order to get this to work properly, I don't know. And frankly, given the success I can get with my other sharpeners, I don't have the desire to learn some new tricks when I can already get excellent results from my other sharpening systems. This was supposed to be easier, not harder. It doesn't seem to be.

I was very skeptical about this but it works very well. Not so great for small knives.
