Good headset at decent price
Great USB headset, sound quality is good. I ordered a "used, like new" item for about half price, and it looks and works like new. Sturdy cord, good in-line controls; typical Plantronics quality.

Exactly what I needed! Works great. Just plug in and you're set. Sound and mic are clear. Good price.

Good product but can be uncomfortable.
I like this headset except they hurt after wearing them for a few hours. I read the reviews and this was one of the things I read about and it’s true. There’s not enough cushion on the earpiece and it hurts. The good thing is I can switch to the other side but it does get annoying and uncomfortable. Other than this issue, the sound is good. They do the job.

Great sound quality for phone calls and meetings
Use this headset for Microsoft Teams calls and our internet phone on my laptop. Calls are always clear. I have teammates with the same headset and they all sound great on calls as well. You would pay MUCH more for similar noise cancellation and microphone quality on a wireless headset.

Cheaply made and not new
Headset felt cheap and uncomfortable. Also, it arrived in a cheap plastic re-packaged bag - I was expecting a new unused product.

Great option if you only want to cover one ear
I’ve been using this for work for years and it’s still working well. I specifically wanted one that only covers one ear. No complaints, especially for the price.

Basic, but just right
There is no padding on the headband, and no fabric or faux leather on the earpad, and no Bluetooth if you need that. That’s fine with me. I still find it to be good for me as a USB headset to use in virtual meetings with clear audio in and out. No issues with comfort either.

Comfortable to wear, easy to set up, sound is good

I love this headset. I usually do not comment on products but if I didn't write about this headset, I won't be doing justice to it. Its a great product, I use it for webinars. I was bit turned off from the packaging but sound and mike function is amazing. Thanks
