I love Diana sauce! It has just a hint of heat. I like sweet sauce, so I mix it 50\50 with Sweet Baby Rays and get perfection!

Tastes almost the same as KFC sweet spicy sauce in China.

We placed some chicken on a plastic bag and marinated it in this sauce for about 5 hours before barbecuing it. The result: moist juicy chicken that was quickly consumed. We then tried the same method with some boneless pork chops and got a similar result. We now often keep a small bowl of this on hand during meals to use as a dipping sauce.

I haven't tried it but I've heard some people say it's delicious and believe me, these people are very fussy about what they eat.
