I’m really impressed with this 5-piece grip strength trainer kit. Each piece targets different hand and forearm muscles, making it perfect for a full grip workout. The hand gripper is adjustable so I can increase resistance as I get stronger. The finger stretcher is great for balancing out gripping muscles, and the stress ball is perfect for quick squeezes at my desk. The ring and the egg are also well-made and add nice variety.Everything feels durable and comfortable to use. It also came in a handy little pouch, so it’s easy to store or take to work or the gym. I’ve already noticed my grip getting stronger after a couple weeks, and it’s helping with my lifting as well. Definitely recommend this kit for beginners and advanced users alike!

Perfect for what it says it should be: excellent and decent quality hand specific exercise strengthening that you do while sitting on the couch! The hand grasp exercise tool that allows individual finger reps and strengthening. Used this to rehab a strained hand/finger-flexor strain that was lagging.Great product!

Got these April 24, 2025. I have probably over used the hand strengthener but can see a noticeable difference in my forearms and grip strength. Unfortunately I already broke the hand grip strengthener at the main joint for that, a strong 4 stars for the price.

Awesome in so many ways. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. This is a great buy and very useful…. And they’re priced perfectly.

I am very satisfied with this set of hand grippers. It has really improved my hand strength. The strength of each training equipment is different, and you can adjust it according to your needs, step by step, which is very good. What I like most is that it not only exercises grip strength, but also exercises forearm muscles, which is very comprehensive. After using it for a while, I found that my grip strength has greatly improved, especially when doing pull-ups, my hands are more stable, which is really useful!

Lowkey, it’s way too much stuff. No one man should have all this grip stuff. The ball and squeezy ring thing are pretty lame, the hand and finger contraption is awkward and useless in my opinion.The adjustable grip and the smaller non adjustable grip are cool and feel like good quality at least.My biggest issue is now my grip is too strong and I break everything I touch. I’ve lost loved ones and pets. I can’t shake hands with anyone. I’m on my third phone today and my mouse for work is unrecognizable at this point I need an assistant to type all of my messages and reviews. Sometimes they don’t type what I need them to type and I get in trouble for what’s said. That’s not anyone’s problem but my own.All in all, it’s an alright product.

The squeeze broke on first use tightening it. Low quality build and the rest of items are super low resistance.I'd return it but it's really not worth the time and hassle
