I was checking is it working before i got used to it being so quiet. Well made product. No whistles no glitter, just a very well designed and build washing machine. Feels premium. Drum is protecting clothes and each program starts with dry weighting of load. Huge variety of programs, most of them can be adjusted in regards to temperature, spinning speed, extra water and even make them much quicker with "speed perfect" option. Personally I'm trying to use mostly the eco program which takes around 3,5h and it's done at night, freshly ready to hang in the morning as I'm using delay option. This way i benefit from A energy rating and clothes feel really clean. This washer is VERY HEAVY. this eliminates the vibrations, be prepared for it if you willinstall it yourself

Love the black door as it helps to tie the machine in with things like our darker worktops and accessories, so far it cleans really well and for the first time in years since getting this machine we can actually smell the softener!. Highly recommend.

Like the quick wash for lightly soiled which only takes half an hour and got clothes just as clean. Really quiet. Lots of programmes but I suspect I will only be using 2 or 3 regularly. Like the Drum clean option as well.The detergent drawer is still quite stiff - I don't like to force it too much in case it breaks, but it does need a good pull to open.Had a Bosch before which lasted me for 20 years so I am hoping a similar life span for this one.

Great washing machine.Very quiet even on spin it is still quite.I like the stop feature during wash where you can put the sock you forgot back in.You can take time off your washes when you start too make it shorter.And again it's Quite.

So I’ve had this a week and used it lots. Simple and easy to use. Extremely quiet and I kept checking it to see if it was still going. Gets stuff nice and clean. So very happy.

Super machine, hope it’s long lasting

Extremely disappointed.. for the price a shockingly small drum for 9kg. You will struggle to wash a double duvet and it was cause an uneven load. Both my dryer and previous washing machine were 9kg and easily fit bigger sheets and duvets.Also the spin should just be an added option like you have on A&G / Electrolux machines - clothes always come out fully dry and no need to manually go and put it on spin for another 15 min.If you are paying this much, do yourself a favour and get the AEG / Electrolux, you will be so grateful. You can customise the cycles and they cost the same.Overall I'm really disappointed as I got this machine for my parents and to help them but wish I'd gone with the AEG model I have instead.
