Don't Buy--Does not work as advertised
Instructions are worthless. My computer guru nephew finally got it to dial my phone a few times, but the notification volume is way too low to hear in normal usage and it can't be changed! TOO LATE TO RETURN OR I WOULD!

Easy setup, works great, cust serv great
The button works perfectly. Immediately sent alerts to cell phones. Easy to set up. Plus when I messaged the company through Amazon about a lanyard, I had a reply within 5 minutes! They are shipping one out to us by the next business day. So impressed!

Didn't work
Lanyard necklace - the hole on the device is so tiny and awkwardly placed, it's impossible to feed through. The device itself would not pair with my iphone either. It timed out about 12 times and the app said to try again later. Two more attempts at pairing and the app said the pairing was completed. Then I looked in the app and it said no devices were found. Returning this.

Alert notification goes off once and not as a real alert.
This device only sents you a single alert and it only gives you a beep on your phone so good luck hearing the notifications if you are sleeping. You literally would have to be looking at your phone to notice the notification.

Performs basic function adequately, but doesn't give you full peace of mind.
In the most basic sense, this device does what it is advertised to do. However, the app it isn't something you can depend on in every situation, at least the IPhone version. When you hit the panic button, the app will sound the alarm as long as your phone has internet access. However, the audible alarm only lasts 10 seconds and does not repeat. The app only allows you to turn off the audio alarm, and no other options. Notification settings are scant as well. If the person pushing the panic button is unable to press the button repeatedly and for some reason you don't hear the 10 second-long alarm, you won't know the panic button has been pressed until you check your phone and see the notification. As a result you don't get iron-clad peace of mind with this device and will have to repeatedly check your phone if aren't able to constantly listen for the alarm. Hopefully they can improve the app to allow more options with the alarm.

Doesn't Work
Tried to set it up for over 2 hours with 3 different routers and it would not connect with any of them. I was using my note 9 and I tried many, many different ways to try to get it to connect and it just wasn't working. WPS buttons pressed, 2.4 ghz used, over and over, no connection. Honestly, for 80 dollars would it kill them to strap on a cheap black and white lcd and 4 buttons to just manually connect to the wifi? I can't even comment on it's functionality because I was never once able to test it.

reliable, good YouTube video in NetZHome app
Was a little tricky setting up the button up with the wifi and phone but the NetZHome app points to a very helpful YouTube video. Once set up it was very reliable. Takes about 6-7 seconds to receive an alert after the button is pressed.
