I wasn't impressed. I had tape-in extensions, and they were left feeling brittle, even after using a deep conditioning treatment. I still have 75% of the bottle just sitting in my shower. Just use a salon quality product with no sulfates.

Smells amazing. Leaves hair silky soft. Maybe not good for braids or tape in extensions because it does make your natural hair softer.
