The new E10 fuel certainly gums up garden carbs. A few machines had blocked jets this year, but these are great. I was worried they’d not be fine enough, but they get in smallest jets, and the serrations really pull the solid out. Highly recommend.

Finally no more looking for the right sized paperclip!I have two generators with carbs on and they love getting all choked up when you run them for more than a day, so I was always having to give them a service with an air lance and whatever stiff wire I could find to cleaned the jets and the emulsion tubes. After I saw an AA man with a set, I just had to get something similar and I ended up finding these.You get a set of Port files that get the holes cleared out and the brushes to clear way anything that is building up in the carb that you cannot get to.The brushes do not go down to the sizes the files do, but the brushes are for the channels the emulsion tubes and jets go into... The sizes range from pin prick to three times the size of a regular paperclip and are all quite rigid so you can drill that coke out with them if the ports are stubbornly blocked.I wish that I had found these back when webbers were standard on your car and saved my money of the carb cleaner spray.If you have a lawn mower or anything with a small engine and are always having to give them the TLC, this is where you can now work in confidence!

Great little low cost set used for clearing small blocked holes in Welding Equipment, Carburettors ETc.I guess I should add that I only use the tools for above work and use only the correct or smaller diameter tool than the jet size, this is to avoid opening up the diameter of any pre machined Holes.Handy set to have in the box for that odd occasion when a welding/cutting or heating jet gets block or when Dirt Carbon or whatever becomes stuck in a carb jet, which remains there ever after HP air is used.

good little kit for carbs but not for very small ones.cleaned a lawn mower carb and now works well.probably excellent for cars/motorbikes.worth the money.

Seems like a useful set of wires/fine files and brushes. You'll probably only ever need one but you'll never know which one until you try.
