Loved the gateway feature…and all the ways it can be programmed

The device does not connect to Bluetooth to unlock the door unless you are 5 ft from the door which defeats the whole purpose!

I bought this to have remote access to my smart door and it worked. I like the fact that this is cordless, it is only plug in. I don’t have to deal with messy extra wires or cords. It makes everything looks clean without extra cords . I love it.

It says it’s connected but when I try to unlock when I’m not close to the lock it says Password is not ready 🤷‍♂️

It took me a total of 1 hour to get 3 tuya door handle locks to connect. I 1st had to find a prime location for the wifi hub. After I did I had to master rest the locks so the could be found over the blue tooth. Then I went in and added them back 1 by 1 so I could reset them up. I love smart options for most things. This hub does have some work that needs done. 1st. The range of 50 ft is not great at all. As seen in the image you get a message saying there a connection issue when there's not. If you get this message just be sure to go into the app and double check. Also. After adding each lock turn off your Bluetooth and make sure your lock is still connected in the app. Another tip. Do Not use any other app then the tuya app when setting this up. Other wise it's just a pain flipping back and forth with apps. I will post a video later of the set up for more help. It's a great buy though
