Buckle up: It's Going to be a Wild Ride Review: Life’s an adventure! - An awesome testimony of a life well lived! Loved all of this journey through the eyes of my Dad… what a gift of time to his family this is. Review: Honest and vulnerable - a must read! - A very honest and vulnerable tale of a man's journey through the decades, complete with old photographs throughout the book. I laughed, I cried, I couldn't wait to hear the details of his next adventure. He wasn't afraid to expose his mistakes or share the intimate details of deep heartache. I highly recommend this book as Mr. Curran explores what is was like to experience the innocence of childhood in the 1950's, the rock and roll era of the 1960's, the fear of war and the rebellious spirit of the 1970's, landing him in the 1980's & 1990's trying to raise a large blended family. And finally the events that lead to personal devastation. At times he found himself homeless and struggling to find purpose, grasping at anything to hold onto the life he cherished. Today he is a marriage and family therapist, who is passing on his wisdom and compassion to hurting souls. It was a wild ride, for sure!

Hopes and dreams can be realized 2nd time around!
Very enjoyable read. It’s not often you get to walk along someone’s life journey and get to know the back story. I’m impressed with all the dates and details (hard to do after multiple years and experiences)! Felt like I was there in the descriptions of travel and also in the family life events. A fun book to pick up at night before going to bed, and compells you to want the rest of the story.
