It is a bit on the expensive side when compare to other shower head. The installation is straight forward, fit perfectly with the hose. The material used for this shower head is plastic, the colour is nice and stylish, just the texture was not as sturdy as I thought.Regarding the functionality, it really soften the water and reduce the allergic effect on my skin caused by hard water.

I suffer from dermatitis when moving to the UK and tried so many methods to fix my skin but this has been a real game changer! My skin hasn't reacted so much ever since. Easy to install, it looks good in the bathroom. Just wish it was a bit lighter has different nozzle settings but a girl can wish :))) If they have a version for the sink that would be amazing, so I don't have to wash my face in the shower anymore!P/S: I bought it on offer and it was £10 cheaper, otherwise wouldn't be able to afford this.., But better than spending on face creams!

Amazing shower head, it makes showering so much nicer!!! My hair is softer and my skin is less dry.

Have hard water peoblem so both this showered head. Tested water hardenes after installing shower head and its still same. In general head is OK but filtration does nothing.

It worked great for around 5 months and all of a sudden started to leaks everywhere!It was lovely having the soft water and the fact it was not staining my bath and shower curtain orange; but like someone else said, poor workmanship because it doesn't seal properly. Need to look for something else now.

Water flow dropped to nothing after 2 months of use in a household of one. It’s meant to work for at least 3 months in as household of 2 people. For the price it’s not worth it if it gets clogged and needs to be replaced every other month. I’ve bought these filters for this same shower in the past and they lasted 3-4 months. Seems like the quality has dropped but the price has remained very high. Can’t return it as it’s only a 30 day window so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised.

Amazing, totally changed the feel of my hard water. My shampoo suds up like mad and I realised just how much is been wasting. Didn't even need conditioner. Nice spray pattern and it boosted the pressure of the water flow. Not cheap, but good value for money even in the savings from buying less shampoo and conditioner 😀

Return window is only one month. I was 2 days too late where I noticed a crack at the bottom of the plastic handle, water is streaming out of it! I was not able to contact anyone via amazon due to expired return window so I went to Hello Klean directly and they sorted the issue for me!
