Title sums it up. Not very good but not totally bad. Biggest complaint is how much it tears. Not the stickiest. Reasonable value for money but must be better products around for similar money.

I needed packing tape, this looked like a good deal and I didn't pay too much attention to the reduced noise aspect - until I used the tape when I was pleased to notice how it avoided that horrible screeching noise typical of brown packing tape.Good quality, good value.
