Paul Mitchell Clarifying Shampoo Two

I was looking for the after-pool treatment shampoo; this one reduces chlorine nicely and gives softness to my hair. I would say it's a bit more drying then some other similar products, so I've spent a little more conditioner, then normally do. Still a great product concerning the price. It almost odourless and completely clear transparent - which is great, no additional perfumes and colourings - really appreciate. The texture is also nice, gelly-like, soft and smooth

This is a great shampoo with a lemon fragrance which removes build up and leaves your hair soft, shiny so clean - Absolutely Fab. However, be careful where you buy it because when I ordered a Paul Mitchell 2 shampoo 1000ml from Look Fantastic (via Amazon) they failed to fulfil their order and sent me a 300ml bottle instead. When I contacted they to say how disappointed I was and requested either a replacement 1000ml or a refund of 2/3 as they had supplied me with less than 1/3 of the advertised product they could only offer me a £3 refund with the excuse that an error had been made in the warehouse. I had the option of returning the product for a full refund but after waiting for a full week for delivery I didn't want the added inconvenience of packing the product up, taking it to the post office etc. and weighing everything up I did wonder if I would actually get a refund as my experience so far was not very positive. What I really wanted was the Paul Mitchelll Shampoo 2 1000ml that was advertised and that I ordered and paid for. On reading other customer reviews on Look Fantastic I found that a few other customers had experienced the same problem with the 1000ml bottle of Paul Mitchell Shampoo so clearly this false advertising is a tactic to lure unsuspecting buyers to order the large bottle of Shampoo at a bargain price and then Look Fantastic just send them a 300ml bottle instead. ADVICE: IF THE OFFER LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS - ESPECIALLY WITH LOOK FANTASTIC (VIA AMAZON). I have rated the shampoo 5 star but I would rate Look Fantastic 1 star - absolutely appalling and as a loyal Amazon customer I am surprised they allow such a company to sell through their website. It's a disgrace.

I find this really helps clean all the product form my hair. I don't use it every wash, but when I do I notice the difference. My hair feels softer.

This works, with only one application, it got rid of some bad build up without drying my hair, very pleased, best I have used for removing build up.

Excellent shampoo will buy again

Love this clarifying shampoo for my curly hair, smells lovely but also hydrating for my dry hair too, love all of these products to be fair

Gives a decent cleanse to the scalp, my hair is fine and oily and it does a good job at cleansing. Also safe on blonde coloured hair which is a bonus.

Buy it all the time, terrific product
