Okay, product spilled out a little in the shipping box , amazon took care of that part. Now the real problem: how? How oh how is anyone consuming this. First it smells exactly like old vomit. I thought baking would take care of it. Noo. Smell only spread out and intensified. Tastes like bitter poison with vomit notes. Whole cake is ruined along with many dollars wasted of ingredients. Secondary problem is I don’t think it’s 1 to 1 as it claims. I had to add so much extra liquid and it kept getting sucked up into the evil flour vortex. Cake came out gummy and didn’t rise. I used a recipe I was familiar with so I know its not the recipe. Buyer beware! I had high hopes. Maybe it’s a bad batch?

I was torn between giving this 2 or 3 stars. I would not describe this as “all purpose” flour. I’m 72 and I’ve done a lot of baking over the years with a wide range of different types of flour. This flour is dark in color and has a texture that I would not use in many different types of baked goods. I made biscuits and they were tolerable but certainly not the consistency or taste you would get from all purpose flour. It might make some tasty yeast rolls but it’s not a texture you could sift or use for cakes, pastries or breads unless you like a texture that is denser than normal flours. Also, as one other reviewer stated, there is a chemical taste. It’s not too bad but not ideal for baking many types of baked goods. It also did not mix like an all purpose flour. In the end, I gave 2 stars mainly because I was disappointed based on the products description not matching the results I had working with it. I don’t plan on buying it again or recommending it to anyone else.

I don't have much experience with keto flour, so I can only compare it to other flours I have used. It tasted okay but definitely did not smell or taste quite like regular all purpose flour. I didn't expect it to be exactly the same, but I think in the future I will just use whole wheat flour when I want to be healthier.

I am sure it will be easy to work with.

I've not have good luck with alternative flour varieties, so used this as breading on tofu. It was ok, but nothing special. It's pretty spendy based on the size of the bag.
