Im writing this review primarily to commend the amazing customer service from LISEN, which truly turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one.Let me be transparent: I purchased this LISEN 170W car charger about 10 months ago, and for those 10 months, it was absolutely fantastic. The fast charging capabilities for my iPhone and MacBook Pro were incredibly convenient, and the build quality felt solid. It truly lived up to its promise of being a powerful and versatile car charger for all my devices, from my phone to my laptop and even camping accessories. The GaN PD3.1 140W+PD30W setup was exactly what I needed for super fast charging on the go.Unfortunately, after about 10 months of consistent use, the charger unexpectedly stopped working. Naturally, I was disappointed. However, I decided to reach out to LISEN's customer support, not expecting much, as it was approaching the one-year mark.To my absolute surprise and delight, their response was immediate, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They didn't put me through endless troubleshooting hoops or try to deny a replacement. After a brief explanation of the issue, they simply asked for my order details and, without any hesitation or argument, they shipped me a brand new replacement charger, completely free of charge! The new one arrived quickly, and it's working flawlessly, just like the original did.This level of customer service is truly exceptional and, frankly, quite rare these days. While it's a shame the first unit didn't quite make it to a year, the fact that LISEN stands by their product and prioritizes customer satisfaction to this extent speaks volumes about their company. They absolutely earned this 5-star review. They made a loyal customer out of me, and I highly recommend LISEN, knowing that if you ever do encounter an issue, they'll take care of you. Bravo, LISEN!

Bought it because it was PD 3.1 rated (max 140w). Used it to continuously supply a laptop with power for several days. It got super hot but never failed. Supplied about 80-90w continuously, but I think that's because the laptop could only handle 100w max on that port.Arrives in basic packaging, but fit and finish of the charger itself is very nice. Metal construction, heavy feel, lights aren't too tacky, and the included usb cable is a nice supple braided one.

10 out of 10 I love this car charger. I have bought one for each of my children and my husband.

Nicely made, steel dissipates heat, works great with my Starlink Mini using the Starlink brand USB-C cable.

Knocked off 1 star because my first one died not long after I started using it. The replacement has been good so far and 1 charging cable is included that is just the kind I prefer - plugs that fit tight and very flexible cable. As mentioned, both USB-C ports can provide super charging simultaneously, but factors like cable type and device type will affect this.The PD port does have power enough to charge a mid-level laptop or tablet, although I don't know if that is why my first one died. Nice to have as an option anyway...

Purchased this for my wife as she is a home health nurse. It's used for charging her laptop in the car as she goes from home to home. Works great! She was given a ac/dc brick and did not work. The included cord is great, as it is used for her laptop. The other 2 ports are used for wireless phone charger and her work phone. This is such a small charger to replace a bigger charger. At this time, the heat level on the charger is good. It gets warm, but then again it is charging 3 devices. especially a laptop. Great bang for buck especially if you get it on sale! Highly recommended, wish they had the 6 port in stock which i purchased last year.

Worth the purchase, ive had this charger for a while, the body is thin gage metal but very robust, and the fast charging port comes in clutch
