Al Aneeq Baby Powder Fragrance Oil (10ml)

Great stuff -accurate baby powder smell. I have sensitive skin and have had very few problems with this, unlike many other products. As it's oil-based it's very strong initially (first 5-10 mins), then settles to a fresh background scent, which suits me fine -just get a waft of shower-fresh scent throughout the day. Purchased this a few times now -both the roller-ball, and smaller bottle, with wand -and both last a fair while. Seller a pleasure to deal with -items always received very swiftly (& packages are small enough to fit through letterbox). One thing I would say is, if this might be rolling around in your handbag do make sure cap is screwed on securely each time you use as otherwise, if tipped over etc, being oil-based it can get quite messy. All in all, a lovely product, & a great price to boot.

I am so happy with my purchase. I love baby powder body and home scents. This item arrived quickly, well before the stated delivery window and included a free gift a small sample bottle of another scent which also smelled lovely.The oil is concentrated so you only need to use a few dabs and it is long lasting on the skin. My skin is sensitive and I had no reaction to the oil dabbed on my wrists, neck and chest area. I'm also prone to headaches and migraines which can be exacerbated by scents and this fragrance did not bring on a headache. I am really really happy. If you love a baby fresh scent buy this!

This is lovely, I wanted something subtle with a clean scent to wear to work that wasn't overpowering. This is ideal, its not sickly or strong, just a background powdery smell with pretty good longevity. It's an oil which I think helps it stay put, it lasts up to 2hrs on me and you can just reapply as much as you like because it's such a good price.

It has the correct smell like the baby powders oils that I am used to but it is not as long lasting.

I cannot explain how horrible this smells, while appreciate scent is a personal thing, this is truly overpowering in its unpleasantness, a smell which stayed in the back of my throat for sometime after initial tentative sniff. Almost chemical like in its scent. I wouldn’t have put this on my skin if you offered me a winning lottery ticket. It went straight in the bin .. Nasty. Very nasty.If you still decide to buy, the only positive comments I can give is it arrived quickly, packaged well, and as cheap as it smells (which in hindsight should have set alarm bells ringing.. no idea why I bought this..) I can’t fault the seller, but think whoever manufactures this needs to look at their product development.

I cautiously bought this after reading the reviews and I’m so happy I did. I wore it in the office and literally within a few minutes my colleagues were sniffing the air saying they could smell something really clean, one said the smell reminded them of something from their childhood. There were four people trying to identify what and where the smell was coming from saying it smells so good. I had to confess in the end and after they confirmed the smell was indeed me I was on the happy end of lovely compliments. The scent lasts a long time on my skin and it’s so portable. I’m actually never going back to sprays again and have since bought a few others with the same results.

This oil comes in a small glass bottle with a rollerball applicator. It's a handy size for popping in your handbag and touching up your fragrance during the day without choking those around you. I love attars because they're cheap, generally smell amazing and usually last all day. That said, I've found the Al Aneeq brand disappointing compared to other brands such as Al Haramain and Al Rehab. I've bought 3 Al Aneeq fragrances to date and out of those, only the Nag Champa has been worth keeping. The vanilla smells like plastic and this one, although it does smell like baby powder, just doesn't have any staying power. About an hour after applying it loses its scent. If you like the smell of baby powder and don't mind reapplying regularly this wouldn't be too much of an issue. I, however, prefer my fragrances to last all day. Don't be put off by the size of the bottle - it will last months because unlike spray perfumes you only apply a dab to your pulse points.
